Fantastic service in difficult times
I ran out of heating oil and my boiler broke on the day before Easter. Everyone at Western Fuel was absolutely amazing and bent over backwards to get me up and running again. I really can't recommend this company highly - everyone was so helpful and kind and everything got sorted in a day. Huge thanks.

Fast and efficient service

Delivered to incorrect address, trespass, criminal damage, no apology.
My neighbour ordered 500l of heating oil to be delivered on the 19th of February. Western Fuel's delivery driver couldn't tell the difference between the numbers 1 and 2 despite both properties being clearly marked, he also lacked the ability to knock on a door to check whether he was delivering to the right place so delivered the oil to the wrong address.
Unbeknownst to me he had also forced the lock on my oil tank and snapped it in half rendering it useless.
I discovered this damage and delivery mistake on Friday then immediately informed my neighbour as to Western fuel's mistake and later received a call from Harry asking if they could have their oil back to which I politely agreed suggesting he arranged a date and time letting me know when they were coming. He didn't bother doing that and I was rudely awakened by one of their drivers banging on my door at 08:00hrs on Monday, then banging again, and again, then he opened my door and let himself in and started banging on my internal door. He was genuinely surprised when I opened the door and told him to F off.
Received a call from Tim who said their driver was 'just in the area' and could they retrieve their oil to which I politely agreed, again.
They had sent a specialist pickup truck with oil tank on the back so he obviously wasn't just in the area, he took all of the oil and scarpered without so much as an apology.
I'm left with a broken oil tank lock and lid which is going to cost me £100 to replace all because a driver couldn't tell the difference between a 1 and a 2.
I would 0 star this abysmal company if I could.
Shameful behaviour.

We’re very sorry to read about your experience and the concerns you’ve raised.
As you are not a direct customer to us, we unfortunately have very limited details for you, which makes it more difficult for us to fully investigate all aspects of the situation from our system records alone. That said, we take all feedback of this nature extremely seriously.
Regarding the initial delivery, the majority of our deliveries are carried out unattended, so it is not unusual for our drivers to complete a delivery without knocking beforehand. However, a delivery slip should always be left once the delivery has been completed.
From our call notes, it was agreed with Harry that we would attend on the Monday morning to collect the oil. I can only apologise that our driver arrived much earlier than you expected. You did however receive a notification that he was on the way through our automated system. As the vehicle was already travelling to another job, the collection was carried out while passing, which we appreciate may not have aligned with your expectations and for that we are sorry.
From our understanding of the phone conversation with you, you also advised that you were in the process of decommissioning the tank and therefore the oil was of no use to you and that there was no ongoing issue at that stage. However, we absolutely recognise that this does not diminish the frustration caused by the initial delivery error and the condition of your tank.
The points you’ve raised regarding the engineer trying to access to your property, the condition of the tank, and the conduct of our team are all concerning and not reflective of the standards we expect. We are currently reviewing this internally to ensure appropriate action is taken and to prevent anything similar happening again.
We would welcome the opportunity to look into this further and work towards a resolution regarding the damaged lock and lid. Please contact us directly so we can follow this up properly.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience and upset caused.

Excellent service - no waiting queue - better than promised
Excellent service from ordering within a few minutes when ringing the local depot, to having a friendly, sympathetic person to speak to and a price that was cheaper by more than 10p compared to the competitors, and actually arriving 5 days before the given date. And not to forget the friendly driver! Thank you so much:)

CONTINUED GREAT SERVICE
I have been a customer of Western Fuel for a very long time, as with most of us I would normally do a price comparison before ordering. It has to be said W.F is usually the most competitive and if not will often price match.
I placed this order some 3weeks ago and whilst it was worrying by the price increase because of the latest "oil crisis" I went ahead and ordered.
W.Fuel kept their word and delivered at the price quoted at point of ordering....
When you read some of the horror stories and the behaviour some other Oil Companies I can only commend W.F for continuing to give the best possible service to their customers.
I hope both new and old customers won't forget to support them when times are better.....

Excellent company
Excellent company, we have been with them for over 10 years. Had to have some additional work done following the annual service, Harry attended on time and as scheduled, carried out the work and was very professional, ensured we were happy with the completed work. Very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing, as do all the engineers that have visited us, which is very reassuring and we know all the work has been completed to a very high standard. Have recommended them to many of our friends and neighbours, all are as happy with Weston Fuel as we are.

Superb
Superb! After contacting several other suppliers they were the only ones that would actually give you a quote for a price per litre. All the others just expect you to give them your payment details with no idea of cost! They were also 10p per litre cheaper than Boiler Juice with a faster delivery date. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Reliable, easy ordering process, delivery as described. We've ordered from Western Fuel but via a third party- after encountering many issues with the company (deliberately cancelling orders, poor customer services, lack of care) I decided to order from Western Fuel direct- it was so easy and actually much cheaper. Highly recommend using this supplier for all your oil needs.

Exceptional service in exceptional times
I ordered oil on 3/3/26 with a delivery date of 12/3 at 70p per litre. Hearing companies were refunding customers and then charging higher prices I was concerned when my delivery date was changed to a blank - however, next day the delivery date was showing as 14/3 and my order was delivered, at the original price and I received an email to update all customers on the situation. I am absolutely bowled over by the amazing service provided by Western Fuel at these times and in these circumstances. Thank you so much for keeping me in heating and cooking.

No Drama!
The current oil crisis caught me with an almost empty tank, 1 week left! As my order slot drew nearer with headline news worsening by the hour I expected the worst! Or at best a 5 day delay. BUT Western Fuel confirmed my delivery the evening before and delivered on the day. No fuss, no problem, GREAT service!
