Recommendation to use West Heath Motors
My step father Billy, needed to purchase a second hand car. The responsibility was on me to find a car within budget. My number 1 priority was to deal with a reliable garage so I had no hesitation in visiting West Heath Motors who I have known have been there for many years and a family business. I found a suitable car so took Billy last Saturday, delighted with the car we made the purchase. The car required a few little jobs and would be ready this week. I received a call today to say the vehicle is ready so Billy and I went to collect. The car looked great and Billy drove away delighted to be back on the road and mobile. My experience from start to finish with the garage has been great and I can not thank them enough for ensuring the purchase was smooth. I appreciate the help, support, advise and communication throughout. You have given us excellent service and gone above and beyond to which I’m extremely grateful. I would highly recommending this garage.

AVOID for repairs / service at all…
AVOID for repairs / service at all costs!
£130 for a simple diagnostic and quoting £680 to fit a starter motor when I even told them that was what needed doing as the AA had run a diagnostic.
Every other company I called quoted £350-£400 for the same job. AVOID!!!

INCORRECT COMPANY - You're review is NOT for West Heath Motors on Redditch Rd. Please note West Heath Motors does not own a workshop and has contracted out all work for over 20 years, and therefore we cannot and do not quote on vehicle repairs. We have just purchased a used car from West Heath Motors, in all the experience was the best I have ever received from a motor dealer. Oli, sold us the car, there was no pressure and no rush with the test drive. He also managed to rearrange the delivery date a couple of days early for us, there was no fuss. We thoroughly recommend WHM.
