We found her to be very professional and knowledgeable, she guided us through the process and nothing seemed to much trouble. Two years since we had the misfortune of meeting Michelle, flowed by a catalogue of errors and lies on her part, and one year since she told us everything was completed, we still don't know what she has done for us. We are left with extremely traumatic memories of the way she treated us all, especially my father who was literally on his death bed and are left with more questions than answers. Mum contacted head office, got an apology but new errors were still made and despite having been promised that someone would come and visit to explain exactly what had been produced for us, no-one ever materialised. We are now paying to go elsewhere to try and sort out the mess she left us in. Westminster Law have asked for more evidence to verify this review but mum is too upset to have anything more to do with them.
