The most beautiful nail system

The most beautiful nail system, the packaging gives a high end luxury feel and the product is a dream to work with myself and my clients all love it!!
Harriet and her team have been great from the start with their costumer service, extremely helpful throughout. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful luxurious brand.

Absolutely beautiful products

Absolutely beautiful products ! I was fortunate enough to spend the day with Harriet herself and learn the correct way to apply the gels and prep for them , they were so easy to use and really are like “glass”.
You can tell how much time and effort has gone into perfecting this brand as there is nothing else like it. I don’t think I ever want to use another gel system again because this one ticks every box!

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! If I could give no stars I would. Like everyone else, false promises of delivery time and time again. Harriet herself promised me delivery today and when nothing arrived and I asked for the order to be cancelled they were amazingly able to do that, despite the fact I was promised delivery today, clearly that was an untruth. Have requested a refund and sincerely hope this comes through or I will be escalating. There has been no transparency and I have had to chase over and over again for an update. A month for a nail polish is ridiculous. I will never use this company and I would strongly recommend you don’t either. At the end of the day it’s the delivery of a cosmetic, not splitting the atom!
They are busy posting influencers receiving their freebies whilst the paying customers are left waiting.

We appreciate your comments regarding communication and delivery times. Unfortunately we experienced unforeseen delays following launch, which impacted dispatch and our customer response times. We have taken necessary steps to resolve these issues and implemented clearer processes to improve transparency moving forward.

We would also like to clarify that all customer orders are fulfilled in order they are received - no orders have been prioritised over others. We value every customer equally and we are committed to providing the same level of service to all.

And the delivery saga continues

And the saga continues. First it was 10 to 14 days for delivery, then 16 days, then the shipment will take place Monday/Tuesday from a personal message by Harriet herself. Now it's all being sent Wednesday from the warehouses. Admittedly we do not know which Wednesday they are eluding too. Could it be a Wednesday in October or November or December. Have emailed a complaint. Email back was they would be in contact in two to three days. God forbid we may take them away from packing! If only they had kept everyone informed, multiple posts updating on the issues, maybe we would have some sympathy, but communication has been non existent. If you take money from people and then go silent what are we all supposed to think.

Disgraceful delivery delay

I ordered as soon as the site went live. Still no sign of my order. The company should not have launched if they couldn’t fulfill the orders. It’s about time they reacted by emailing waiting customers and refunded delivery costs.

My experience is very similar to the…

My experience is very similar to the others on Trustpilot. Immediately ordered several bottles of nail polish…paid for delivery…didn’t get a confirmation of order notification so eventually managed to contact the company via email.
Was told delivery has been extended to 14 working days due to high demand! Then silence…beginning to think it’s a complicated scam?!…….
Totally unacceptable and such a shame 😳
Sunday 26 October….despite contacting this company AGAIN still nothing…I did receive a friendly email saying how busy they were! But really..unbelievable!
