Heatons (Leeds) Ltd Opiniones 

On 9.4.26 I returned part of an order to Heatons. I ordered from them when they were Westmorelands with no problem. I have a post office proof of posting.
I have had no refund and no contact from them despite emails, telephone calls and web messaging. I emailed twice and no reply. I have phoned 5 times and left a message (they have a policy not to answer the phone). I have had no reply or any contact whatsoever from them. I left a message on their website message box. No reply.
NB It cost me £5.70 to return the parcel. It is now 12 days with no refund, no resins from telephone calls, email or web contact. I am obviously owed money. It is clearly a deliberate policy not to respond to customers otherwise they would have done so by now. I would recommend potential customers to think very carefully about the integrity of this business.

Love this company. They have a great range of products and the quality and price is excellent. I will certainly be shopping here again.

I am very pleased with my footstool as it is the perfect height and small enough not to take over the room. I’ve named mine Hubert - but I’ve actually no idea why!!!!

The slippers are just what my husband wanted. He is really pleased with them. It was easy use the Westmorland website and the range on offer is good. They arrived quickly and I was kept informed about delivery progress. I will buy again from Westmorland as they supply great quality products.

Firstly, my Alys slippers are delightful! Cosy, easy to slip on, lovely dense sheepskin lining.
Secondly, they came super fast, and in very sensible packaging, and I had a nice follow-up email from Westmorland too.
Highly recommended - treat yourself to a pair of these super slippers, you won't be disappointed

We have bought two black sheepskin covers and they are excellent.
The communication was very good as initially they were out of stock and we were kept informed of their delivery date.
Can definitely recommend the company and product.

Excellent customer service. I returned my slippers as I needed a bigger size. I forgot to include the returns form.in the parcel but they still traced me through the previous label on the package. They made the exchange no problem. I was very impressed.

What's not to like - purple metallic sheepskin slippers!!! Ordered on 23rd December, delivered on 24th December and not been off my feet ever since. So happy

The 1 star isn’t for the company, they seem a decent company with a good website. The 1 star is for the poor quality of the product, the HUGO Men's Sheepskin Slippers, they appear flimsy but the main issue is the sole or footbed, it is totally solid, no give or cushioning at all, more akin to walking barefoot on concrete. Being slippers I was hoping for some cosy comfort. The fur didn’t do anything to alleviate the discomfort at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

The slippers are of great quality and design. The company delivered in super fast time given it was a last minute order in a super busy postal period. Would highly recommend :-)

I've been wearing my slippers for a couple of weeks and I always look forward to putting them on! They're so warm and comfy and although the sole is thin and flexible, it grips well so I feel safe on different floorings. I love the classic style and the aftercare advice is great. I hope to be wearing them for many years to come...
