Westpak Group Ltd Opiniones

Westpak have been our go to supplier for approx two years - service is great, with fast turnaround. The staff are always willing to help look for other solutions to help us overcome issues we have experienced as we venture into new products and packaging formats. I had worked with Westpak when employed at a previous company, which speaks for itself.

Westpack has been an outstanding partner for all our packaging needs across our various sites in the Southwest! Their delivery system is incredibly reliable, ensuring we never miss a beat, and the quality of their products is top-notch while offering great value. What truly sets them apart is their fantastic customer support, especially during emergencies—they always go above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with Westpack and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional packaging solutions!

I've been consistently impressed with the reliability of Westpak Group. They deliver on time, every time, which is crucial for our business. Additionally, their pricing is competitive, helping us manage costs effectively. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there's always room for a little improvement, but overall, they're an excellent choice for dependable service and value.

CUSTOMER CENTRIC SERVICE
In an era where most service levels are economically driven it was refreshing to find the Westpak team (Paul and Silas) had a genuine and vested interest in my business and ensuring they were delivering what was important to me and aligned on the need. Fabulous team and Fabulous Service levels.

There was a mix up with delivery dates, price agreed, discounts.
This was sorted out to our mutual satisfaction.
