Product is fine
Product is fine. It's annoying that we have to pay as soon as we order, even though we have been customers for several years, eg we paid for punnets in March that weren't delivered until May and some that aren't being delivered until June. An energy surcharge was then added. Also a VAT invoice isn't issued until delivery so we can't claim the VAT back until delivery.
