First class response and information. It’s always a nail biting time when you are making a new-to-you online purchase. Whilst pondering wether the product I was contemplating buying matched the quality I was looking for, I dropped a quick note to Westside asking for them to tell me a bit more as photographs don’t always tell the full story these days. I received a quick reply that covered all of my concerns in tailored detail to my line of questions. It was a brilliant and clearly interested response. I placed my order the same day. Better price than other sites
Ordered a bath screen to replace one which was too short for my 6 foot plus son (should have thought about that when we refitted the bathroom). Price was very competitive, ordered on a Sunday, confirmed on Monday and arrived Wednesday. Well worth the money.
