I dealt with a lady called Gemma
I dealt with a lady called Gemma, who was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable about the product.
Sorted any issues I had with the warranties by speaking directly with Bristan, including the product itself as we were replacing the 1901 shower (issue with cartridge) with an updated version.
1901 shower and larger head replacement head were ordered on the Thursday and delivered on the Saturday of the same week, which Gemma also organised.
Brilliant service by both staff and company, delivered everything as promised.
Unfortunately, still in boxes, as awaiting plumber to fit, which should be this week.

A good company to buy from.
The website was easy to navigate. The shower enclosure was a good price and came quickly. When I had a problem with one part of the enclosure, I was able to easily speak to them, and it was quicky dealt with and a new part arrived by post.

I found exactly what I was after on the website, which was easy to use. One of the items was no longer made, but the assistant on the phone was polite and quickly found a suitable equivalent, immediately reimbursing the difference.

Our plumber has now installed the Aqualisa shower unit we purchased from you so closing what has been an excellent service from you. Your member of staff was excellent in every way.
