Longer to receive items than I was expecting

Was surprised I didn't receive the items within 48hours

Item's came a number of days apart aswell

I will be ordering again but will take in to accurate it could be a week before receiving the items

We're grateful for your review and the chance it gives us to continually improve our customer service.

Upon reviewing your order, I observed that the initial portion was delivered the very next working day (Monday 25th), followed by the second portion on the subsequent day (26th).

Given that our commitment is to provide next working day delivery, I understand there might have been some confusion regarding the timing, especially considering your order was placed late on a Thursday evening, just before the weekend. This timing meant that while we dispatched your order on Friday, the weekend intervened before delivery could be completed, leading to a perceived delay (as it arrived on the Monday)

Please be assured, we achieve our delivery commitments 99.2% of the time, and we strive to maintain this level of reliability.

Placed order waited 4 days

Placed order waited 4 days, nothing, emailed and emailed, no reply, order just said paid, unfulfilled. 2 weeks after ordering, write a curt email saying I will do chargeback, miracles happen, got a order posted email, got it 4 days later
