Quick delivery so that was amazing. I ordered the vegan rice protein powder, I love that they are dairy, soy & nut free.
However I’m not a fan of the taste it’s very powdery and the after taste is like sweet or something I can’t really explain it but it doesn’t give a good after taste either.

I’ll try to see what I can mix with it to enjoy it more but for now I’m actually disappointed 😩

Best protein powders I've ever had.
The customer service and products are outstanding. This company really is producing top quality products that are very pure. I love their whey products but was advised recently by my health practitioner to stay away from all dairy so I reluctantly tried Boomers brown rice protein and was very pleasantly surprised. Mixed with coconut yoghurt, seeds and fruits it ends up being smooth and pleasant tasting, so much so that I wanted to give it the thumbs up.

Love this product. Love the service. I haven't found anyone else that sells such a good, zero taste protein. And on the one occasion there was a mix up with my order, they sorted it out very quickly.

I would give them zero if I could.
Very unhappy with the manner in which I was treated by Boomers and the issues with delivery.

Boomers response is factually inaccurate.
The parcel was on board for delivery and not delivered. I waited at home one full day without delivery.
I was then advised it would be delivered the follow morning with an ETA Of 10.50am, as the couriers were advised I would be home to receive it only in the morning that following day. The delivery driver called me at 1.30pm when I wasn’t home, I did not refuse the delivery, I was not home to receive it. Another half day wasted waiting for delivery. Driver wanted to leave the parcel on the street near the gate which is accessed by 7 separate apartments!
There was no time issue to do with Easter. I have no problem with the time to deliver from order should it have been delivered on the day scanned out. My issue was only with the waste of a day and a half of my time waiting for deliveries scanned out as onboard for delivery.
Boomers ignored my email until I posted the review, then decided to address me by my correct title when they didn’t like an accurate review!
Boomers, please respond honestly only.
Combining orders added to Boomers income, the order hadn’t been picked or packed when I enquired. Boomers could have refused if combining the order was not feasible. Again, I requested the refund, Boomers made the decision to refund when they did. I’ve never received the product therefore Boomers’ legally cannot refuse to refund until it’s returned. Getting it returned is an issue between Boomers and the incompetent courier Fastway, who despite being advise that it needed to be returned have not done so!
Boomers also stated they’d send samples, however have not and now attempt to vilify me for their own courier and customer service issues.
Happy to provide copies of emails and tracking to prove what actually occurred.

Consistently great products (and I've been using them for a few years now). The Whey Powder and Rice Protein are great for filling in those gaps where I don't have enough calories with my food sensitivities.

Boomers is by far the best protein powder I've used. And the delivery was super quick. Placed order and protein was on my door step in 15hrs!

Your processing methods plus source is the best for Glutathione - I only put in a shaker as the heat generated from bullets and blenders can affect the Glutathione. My tests showed good levels of it so it's works and I"ll keep buying it.

I love Boomers organic, sprouted brown rice protein powder - for all the label states - it's organic, it's sprouted and it's brown rice. Plus it gives me an easy way to ensure I get 25 grams of protein in one small meal or smoothie. As a person who doesn't eat animal protein (meat or dairy), Boomers rice protein is a huge nutritional bonus. I also noticed an increase in energy within a few days. I'm a fan for life.
