We have experienced the most excellent support, care and expertise from the whole team at Horley White & Sons. From the very first walk in experience to discuss our property sale, they have all provided excellent knowledge and support throughout what can be a tricky process. We felt the whole experience was personalised to our family and at no stage were we let down. The communication from the team is exceptional and they really do care. Our property was marketed well and viewings were organised promptly. Once sold, we were fortunate to fall in love with our next home which happened to be another White & Sons property, and again we cannot fault the team from a buyer's perspective as well as a seller.
We really cannot recommend the White & Sons Horley team enough!

I have just exchanged contracts on the sale of my house thanks to James and his team at White & Sons. The initial process to get my house listed took a couple of weeks with getting the EPC certification and professional photographs prior to producing the house brochure. However, it was all worth it as James and his team managed to obtain an acceptable offer just four days after the listing went live.

Throughout the process, leading to contracts, James and his team have been thoroughly professional. They handled the viewings, made themselves available to helpfully answer the questions I have had and kept me informed of progress.

Review for the management company side of White & Sons.

Extremely high fees and high fees to do any sort of additional work (much higher than other Management companies). High fees for very little work, avoid!

Rachael was a very friendly, fantastic agent; able to answer every question I had and more! She was very respectful of the property too. I highly recommend her! :)

Jamie, Head of Block Management at White and Sons Dorking provided great customer service dealing with a reported issue, which was resolved immediately. Whites took on our property management in January 2023 and have dealt with a backlog of maintenance that was neglected by the previous company, quickly and efficiently.

White & Sons Dorking and Jamie in particular have been our block managers for 4/5 years and their service, professional knowledge & attention to detail are second to none.

My family recently purchased a retirement property for my 87yr old father though White & Sons, Reigate. The agent who looked after us throughout was Kieran Taylor & he was brilliant. Altogether we needed c. 4-5 viewings to check details & measurements etc & Kieran was a great help & good-natured during every viewing - even being extra-helpful & holding the end of the measuring tape when necessary. We purchased our first family home 25+ yrs ago through White & Sons, Reigate & they were professional, knowledgeable & 100% client-focused each time. Huge thanks to White & Sons, Reigate - & especially to Kieran, who made the process smooth & hassle-free for us all.

White & Sons did a fantastic job at the end of a tenancy. Property not left in good condition and they managed the situation very proactively organising cleaners etc. Nicky was on the case the whole time and the rest of her team secured a new tenant immediately.

Very experienced Co. & agents, kept us up to date, did not have to chase up for anything regarding viewings, feedback from possible buyers etc.
Lots of suggestions as to market our property & once a buyer was found they corresponded well between seller, buyer & solicitors which made it seamless for us all & dare I say pretty stress free.

The team at the HORLEY office are incredibly professional and helpful with our purchase. My sale with my local estate agents has been anything but straightforward and if I had my time again I would 100% be using White & Sons. Can’t fault them at all. Not doing this as a regular thing I assumed all estate agents are the same, I cannot stress the fact more that they are not. So when selecting one to deal with make sure you pick people that will actually do their jobs (Matt and James especially brilliant) and keep you informed and have even gone above their own responsibilities to get the sale/selling done.

White & Sons have supported us all the way, on a long and bumpy road. We were dealing with a house sale to allow an international move, just as the market started to shift in Springtime 2022. It took much longer for the house to sell than we had hoped, but White & Sons explored every avenue of finding us more interest. Once an offer was accepted there we ended up with a complicated chain, but the team have really been there every step of the way to see it through to the end. Big thank you to James and the team!
