Joined on the 27.01.2023 deposited ££1500 and managed to win £39,000.
Requested withdrawals of £39,000 on the same day and still not recieved.
Recieved a email for documents which were sent promptly. Just being told to wait as accounts in review. Been waiting near a month for my winnings.
March 12th and still not recieved withdrawal been told account review and can take up to 8 weeks.
Update March 18th and still waiting for Grand ivy casino to process withdrawal being told the department is reviewing account. Unbelievable
Update recieved email advising they are closing my account and confiscated winnings returning initial deposit. No specific reason given just reffered to clause 13 of T&Cs. I have not breached any of the terms abd will start court proceedings.
Been waiting 2 months to have my winnings confiscated and no specific reason given. Just replying with there T&Cs which i have checked and can't have breached.
Have instructed solicitor to start legal action.

Story so far ..... Account has been locked out for 4 days now due to a "standard account review" and they can't (or won't) tell me how long the account will be locked for. All sites belonging to White Hat that we have are locked so can't play anywhere! Was using slots to pass time while recovering from an operation (don't do TV), took advantage of one of the hundreds of bonus offers they send via email and play minimum bets on slots to try and wager the bonus. Locked out suddenly, bonus offers stopped, customer service can't help or give information. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a business treating customers in this way. Will be closing all accounts once the email is finally received, will update this review when we find out the reason and explanation. Will be updating reviews on all sites possible with this information - DO NOT SIGN UP TO ANY WHITE HAT CASINOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a site that spams your inbox with bonus offers but if you use them and win they ban you! I got banned for a month without explanation then they sent an email saying it was an incorrect action on their part. Ok I’ll except that apology, then two days later they sent another email stating they are banning me from any promo’s. Just closed all accounts. They don’t like winners and the withdrawal times are awful.

Do not trust this company and any of its subsequent casino websites. If you win you ae instantly blocked from all sites and unable to register to any further sites. Withdrawal times are poor and heard others have had similar experiences.

Disgusting company I have been playing for some months on it and they decided to a wealth check which I have had on video slots and leovegas and no problem but with these fu ck ers they have deceived to block all my accounts and then put me on gamstop for 5 years I will be taking this matter to gambling commission as you are not allowed to do that as you can of course put people on break but your not allowed to put them on gamstop for 5 years. Withdrew funds and I was told my bank wouldn’t accept the transfer so had to give my bank statement with all banking details, was told that I’d be contacted within 48hrs of doing so…here I am 120hours later and still I’m being told to be patient as there’s a backlog?! On my second deposit, I deposited $100 with no bonus and won $2800. When I cashed out, they decided to confiscate my winnings and claimed that I wasn't allowed to be higher than $5 per spin because of the bonus conditions. (But I wasn't under a bonus). Playzee (owned by White Hat) is a scam! Avoid at all costs and play at reputable casino.

Playzee casino is an absolute scam, they stole $15,000 from me and basically the only thing I can do about it is sue them. They’re saying they confiscated it for betting over $5 a spin on there site yet my max bet was $4.80!

Randomly taking money from my account via direct debt. Not sure how they've managed to pass this but it's actually disgusting since you lose money there already. How could I possibly setup a direct debt with a gambling website? There are no funds in the account, that just isn't how it works! they are just taking money from my bank account!!

Earlier this year it took months to get a £4000 payout from Slotnite casino from WHG.

I then opened an account with Playzee without realising they were also WHG, having sworn I would never play with WHG ever again.

Deposited £550 and asked for a withdrawal of £1550 account instantly blocked and no communication except a copy n paste email saying that I opened the account in 'Bad Faith', no explanation at all.

I used the correct details on sign up and my account to deposit. I have raised a formal complaint but this will take a month to get a reply from. They have not told me why there is an issue. Disgusting way to treat a player.
