I have placed an order in March and ordered separately, one from the mobile app with zero discount and the second same item from the company's website with a 30% discount.
Received only one confirmation (mobile app) and 2nd order they till date didn't answer me but I got the delivery.
both parcels came after 2 months (understand might be COVID-19 will be the reason) but the company is not bothered to answer my numerous emails for excess amount refund ( as they agree on giving me a 30% discount on both items). Both items come separately and through the different carrier and the interesting part is they have different labels ( I ordered the same product in two different colors Black and White). Quality is really cheap and pathetic that you would not be spending more than $10 but I paid $70 and $50 for cheap quality products from White Market. They don't have any tags saying the product is from White Market. I wonder they only spend so much money on a website or fooling people online. It would be better if they spend some money on quality and customer service also.
I highly recommend anyone to buy from them as they are offering you cheap quality which is not worth the money they charge and have pathetic customer service as they are not responding to my emails and even not giving me my refund for the excess amount they have.

Never order on this website. They steal your money. I ordered two T-shirts, one arrived and It was made oh an horrible plastic material, the other never arrived. When I tried to use the chat before buying they were kind and replied immediately. Now it's been 4 months since I tried to contact them to have a refund. They seem to have disappeared

I’ve ordered a couple items from here, just t shirts and jewelry. Shipping took a little but they’re some of my favorite pieces and they’re not bad quality. The first necklace I got from there...I’ve worn it almost every day for a year, in fact I’m wearing it right now! It’s a 2 in 1 metal necklace with charms on it. It’s never broken or let me down in any way. My favorite t shirt from there is super soft and I wear it a lot as well. I will probably order again and if it goes poorly I’ll update this review.

Hello everyone, i might’ve been the lucky person (I don’t know) but I received my order (way later than it should’ve arrived).
After the purchase, I didn’t receive a receipt nor a mail, NOTHING... I thought i got robbed and couldn’t do anything about it.
Since I’ve always bought from safe sites like amazon or similar, I know for sure you can track down your order, and in that case well, it wasn’t possible.
So basically I just waited 2 weeks (scheduled time) and no signs.
Then I just kinda forgot about it (i didn’t spend too much so I didn’t worry even if I was a little bitter), and after about 2 months my package arrived.
It missed an article though, which arrived many months later again (w.t.f?)
So, I wouldn’t suggest buying from this site since it’s not safe, but I’m pretty happy that at least I received my lot 😅
You might receive yours as well, just need to wait a lifetime it seems xD

PS. I’ve just looked for the site online and it appears they have changed name and are now called “wifi.gallery”, is that correct?

I made an online order on Feb 26, 2020 and here I am now still waiting to get in contact with customer service for any assistance and even reached out on their social media no response let alone apparently their website is down now? So Impossible to get in contact. No email update or anything how disappointing I had such high hopes too.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service from White Market. I ordered several items back in February and they have yet to even be shipped (never received a confirmation shipment email). When I reached out to the customer service email, they told me that due to COVID-19 and international shipping, I might have to wait longer. Fine. I waited another month or so until I stumbled upon an IG post of theirs with commenters calling them out as a scam company. White Market even responded to a comment on the post pretty much saying that they were bought out by a different company and to reach out to a new email for customer service issues.

Not even an email informing me this was happening or that it could affect my order. It’s now been 2 and a half months and I still have no idea where my package is.

My advice? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you want to go out of your way trying to figure out where your order is and if it is even coming.

I bought for Christmas a belt and some trousers. The belt came with the front part with the pattern and the other part was completely black. It was so expensive for the quality that the belt came.
And the trousers I bought were si small and nothing like the picture they showed, and now I can't wear them or even return it because they say in their website that you can not.
I am never going to buy anything from this website again.

Never order from this website! I ordered 3 items on December 18 and it’s now April and I haven’t received any packages or a refund it’s a huge scam, the website should be shut down

Don’t bother! I ordered a top last week and what I received was definitely not what was advertised. The material, size, design looked cheap I will not be buying there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to since they DO NOT accept refunds.

First off, their little ask box that claims they typically reply in a few minutes is only correct if you're willing to wait up to ten, even a lot longer. When whoever is on the other end of the line has had enough of dealing with your complaint, they just disappear. The staff were snarky and rude and entirely unhelpful. Don't bother to trying to contact them via instagram either. They won't even bother there.

I ordered two items and they claimed that they shipped them separate to keep the package weighing less and therefore cheaper to send. TWO items. One arrived, the other was never even shipped after 17 days. 17 days and they couldn't even get it in a box to send it to me, but blamed chinese new year for why they hadn't shipped it? In March? I'd understand if there was a problem with BOTH but they have no reasonable explanation as to why one is here and the other is not.

The item that did arrive is terrible quality. I ordered the "casual kawaii pullovers" in a medium, what they sent me was a small. Either that or they're lying about the measurements on their site. It's hardy wearable, the fabric is so cheap that it WILL rip.

If you're reading this and still consider buying, please do not. They only care about the money not about the service or what they sell.

Update: my order has disappeared from my account and this company is trying to rebrand themselves as WiFi.gallery. Please be cautious.
