I would give them Zero stars if possible. I never got the item I ordered and 3 months later still fighting over the refund. STAY AWAY!

You can tell that this site is fake simply from the model pictures. The #1 red flag of a scam site is inconsistent model photos. This means that the person just stole photos from various Instagram influencers wearing some random clothing, then puts it on their website claiming to sell that same product. but really, they are just manufacturing a cheap alternative to rip you off. ALWAYS be looking out for red flags like this and others (there are many more flags; research!) before you purchase on a new website. :)

their "reviews" on their website are so fake. i came here to get some knock off dolls kill shoes, and decided against - best decision ever!

Falsches T-Shirt erhalten
Mir wurde ein anderes T-Shirt als bestellt zugeschickt. Auf E-Mails antwortet das Unternehmen nicht und weder eine Telefonnummer noch eine Adresse sind vorhanden. Es wirkt als wollte das Unternehmen den Eindruck erwecken ihren Standort in den USA zu haben, aber sie befinden sich eigentlich in China. Nie wieder dort bestellen!! Sehr unprofessionell

I placed an order through Afterpay with them so I have been lucky to have someone advocate on my behalf and FINALLY got my order over a month after it was placed.
The customer service number that they gave Afterpay is the HOGWARTS SCHOOL OF WITCHERY which should tell you everything you need to know about the company.
The merchandise is cheaply made in China and takes forever to arrive. When you ask about your order through the chat option on their site, they shut down the conversation and never answer again.
I'm glad to finally have the trashy merchandise they sent, but it was a huge ripoff and I will not ever make that mistake again!

White market is a site based in CHINA not USA so basically they misinform every customer.
The quality is Mediocre so i suggest you dont order anything from the site and find a decent site.

I think White Market is a scam. I ordered earrings over one month ago, paid for them, and never received them. It's been over a month!! They said I needed to track my order, but the order information only goes until December 25, 2019!! What has happened to my order since that time?
No one knows. There is no number to contact them....

DON'T bother buying from them. There are sooo many other web stores to buy products from. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Schuhe kamen in kleinerer Größe als bestellt. Ich dachte, die Ware wäre aus den USA, stattdessen recht billige Qualität aus China!!! Für mich daher Betrug und unseriös.

I wish I could give them zero stars. It is an impudence to only ship one of three items. Heard nothing from them yet. Also, they let me pay for a "free" gift they made me pick from a variety of black friday gifts... unbelievable... never again!!!!!! such a betrayal!!!!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich Minus Sterne vergeben. Keine Antwort auf Mails, miese Qualität. Teilweise ist andere Ware angekommen, anderes gar nicht. Richtig miese Abzocke.

Ordered a hoodie, 32 days later and still nothing. Tried to contact customer service and get ignored and the help chat on the app is useless they are always “helping another customer”

Do not shop there ! Just fake ! No possibility to text or call anybody or to get a refund! I wish I read reviews before, now I am smarter.

I mean by basic definition of a scam that is exactly what this site is. They plaster USA on it gives you the impression that it wont be some sweatshop item like wish arriving to you but spoiler alert it is. I made the mistake of purchasing from here during Black Friday because they were heavily promoted with Afterpay which I assumed made them a reputable business, my mistake. The items if your lucky to receive any are from China has tags on it from different retailers. I ordered several items only got one and you can tell by the seams of the garment that these items are not made with care. Oh and the kicker they offer no refunds or exchanges. Save your money and avoid this place.

I ordered 2 shirts and none of them came! They basically just stole my money

I purchased a tube top from this company, and later received an email telling me that it was no longer in stock and i was to either request a refund or a store credit. I have now sent about 5 emails over the course of a month with no response back requesting a refund. I even messaged their personal Instagram, again no response. I wouldn't bother shopping here, this place is dodgy.

Habe eine Jeans zurück geschickt, habe mein Geld nicht zurück bekommen, sie melden sich auf meine zahlreichen Mails einfach nicht.

Honestly I was scared when I made my first order. But everything came and I approve. I ordered 3 items. 2 arrived in 2 weeks and the last one arrived 2 days after. Quality is good for the price.

A lot of people ask where I got my two shirts. Like I get questions at least once every time I wear it so that’s a plus
