Wrong item than what was pictured on your website so I was sent what I believed was the incorrect item. Working on a refund and return currently.

Was supposed to be 36" length

Was supposed to be 36" length, was 3 inches longer at 39" making fitment an issue

I tried to use FEDEX first over night but it took 3 days to get my order correct. I used my AK zip code but their system didn’t recognize Alaska. I offered to use my FEDEX shipping account number but that was unacceptable. We I talked with customer service they spoke very fast in heavy accents an were difficult to understand. I was unable to use the tailstock by the time that it arrived, poorly packed in a cardboard box. Now I am trying return it. 30 day policy, I have talked with a foreign accent via the phone and email with no luck?

Following several follow-ups and phone calls regarding the pending balance, the order was shipped the same day payment was received and was successfully delivered on May 29, 2026. Therefore, there was no delay in shipping once the payment was completed.

We understand that you offered to use your FedEx account for the Next Day Air shipment; however, our system does not allow us to ship orders using customers' shipping accounts. We regret any inconvenience this policy may have caused.

As requested, our team has already provided the RMA number and return instructions so that you may return the item for a refund. We are committed to assisting you through the return process and ensuring it is completed as smoothly as possible.

Great parts, service, price

Hard-to-find part was easy to find here. Got the part very quickly (2 days). Only thing was they were supposed to send a message when the part shipped. I did get a message, but I had already received the part!

Great customer service

I placed a mobile order and got an error message, so I placed it again. The order went thru twice. I contacted the company and they quickly reversed the second order. The order was also received quickly.
