Confirm with customer service inventory before ordering
I placed an order for a brand new table saw fence system. What I received was a damaged return with missing rails in a plain box not in original packaging. I feel it was an insult and was not offered anything for my inconvenience. Was offered a replacement but felt I could not trust your customer service.

Inaccurate shipping charges
I purchased a replacement mower deck, which is large and heavy. Shipping prices paid at checkout were reasonable. However the following day, the company contacted me asking me to pay additional shipping charges. Be cautious about purchasing if you wish to be charged the correct shipping amount the first time.

Great service at a fair price
They had a part that was hard to find. It was offered at a good price. I placed the order before 11AM there time and it shipped the same day. I received it 48 hours later. GREAT SERVICE!!
