I started my meal with the clam chowder, and it was simply divine. The richness of the cream combined with the fresh clams created a comforting bowl of goodness that warmed my soul. For the main course, I opted for the grilled salmon, which was cooked to perfection. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the natural flavors of the fish without overpowering it. I paired it with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, which were creamy and indulgent.

To top off the experience, I indulged in their signature key lime pie for dessert. It was the perfect balance of tart and sweet, leaving me wanting more. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive.

Actually, this is not about the restaurant itself. This is about the clam strips that they sell under their name. The Frozen clam strips. These should actually be called Frozen breading strips. There wasn't a taste of clam in the entire box. I cut many of them in half and could not see any clam whatsoever. Of course, they are not alone in making crappy clam strips. I've never had any good Frozen clam strips. If anyone knows where I can find some and who makes them I would appreciate it.

I was very disappointed. The picture on website was a mis representation of the way the product actually was. I ordered beef neckbones and they were not cut the way they were advertised and were mostly all bone, not like ones in the picture.

These people are ignorant and incompetent I was told originally I had a job 1-18-2022 and when I went for orientation today 1-22-2022 the GM came threw $30 in my face and told me I didn't have the job

My husband is so hard to buy Christmas for! But I hit it out of the ballpark this year!! Delicious, great service kept me updated on order. Packaging was amazing. Thank you will def be ordering again

I wish everything was as easy as this transaction. From the time I called to inquire if a product was available until my order was delivered the service was excellent. Delivery was very quick and my order was packaged very well. I highly recommend Wholey's.

This is my first order and all the fishes was either freezer burn or not fresh. Only lake smelt fishes was good.

I ordered 10lbs of "JUMBO" chicken wings. Cost was about $55.00 plus shipping. I don't mind paying the price for jumbo wings. I received wings well packaged, delivery was on time. The issue is these were NOT jumbo wings. They are average size, some even smaller. They ad claimed 24-32 wings in 10lbs. Not even close. I could have bought a pack from Walmart same size much cheaper. I know what jumbo wings are, I have bought them for years. I was overcharged for average size wings. Not again, live and learn.

Awful, hate how they treated me. Horrible customer service. Very judgmental, as it seemed. I believe they should get better people with better attitudes.

Fresh and delicious seafood. Packaging is fantastic! Delivery is fast and also reliable. Received the order and the product is still frozen. Would order there again.

Superb farm-raised Scottish Salmon. The Faeroe Island salmon stock is a bit milder when raised on the farm. That yields a sensational true-salmon-taste filet when pan roasted.
What we've had so far would if fresh enough to make gravlax with, as well.
I ordered Wednesday morning, Wholey's pack it up on Thursday, and it was in Durham, NC, by 10:30 a.m. on Friday. Moreover, Wholey's attention to detail is so refined it packs the Styrofoam cooler with dry ice (and yes, price and carbon footprint may trip up some people).
That said, in August 2020, we moved from a place that had year-round access to super-fresh salmon choices. Since then, we've tried deliveries from Maine, and NY.
Who knew that inland Pittsburgh would be our fresh-fish savior.

Loveliest red snapper I have ever seen or tasted. Box came perfectly packaged and still frozen.
