Shithouse customer service
Terrible customer service. Happy to take my money but when I have a warranty problem, I sent two emails, 3 weeks ago and haven't had a response.
When I rang, I was rudely told that they had a large volume of emails, as if that is a valid excuse. I have registered my warranty claim with Storz and Bickel, but can't even begin the warranty process unti w&w get around to responding.
Meanwhile I am not able to have my pain medication.
Go somewhere else for your purchases. I certainly will from now.

Always great service and great products, let’s hope we can rid ourselves of the corrupted uni party’s at play in our government and have access to purchasing liquid nicotine so we can keep off the ciggies.
