A pleasure to do business with
I ordered a wig from Wigs UK (part of the Banbury Postiche group) on the 27th April. Almost by return, I received an email, advising me and apologising for the fact that the colour I had requested was currently out of stock and wouldn't be available until the 5th May.
Natasha from Banbury Postiche, asked me if I still wished to continue with my order. I advised her that I did wish to proceed and although postage is free, I asked if I could pay extra for a quicker delivery. Once again, Natasha replied straight away and confirmed that this would be possible. I was astounded by the speed and professionalism of both the company and of course Natasha!
Imagine my surprise and delight when I received my wig by post only 5 days later. It looks perfect and is of such high quality for the price!
It has been my absolute pleasure doing business with this company and when my sister saw me wearing the wig she asked me to send her the website details.

Perfect customer service, each and every member of staff are professional, the product range is comprehensive and the pricing is keen. I would highly recommend using this company, they go above and beyond. A special mention to Alice who is exceptional, I am a very satisfied customer
