We had been using Mayne gas engineering for many years until they closed and passed their work over to Wil Lec. We made an inquiry about some work and a few concerns we had regarding some issues we had been left with by another plumber. When we called the receptionist who was brilliant,she passed us onto the plumber. He came out to us on his way to another job to put our minds at ease. He said he'd get us a price for the jobs we needed doing. Nick was brilliant he talked us through everything he was doing and was really polite. Great work guys,a definite recommendation from us.

Job done, on time and in budget!
Unlike other electricians that I contacted, Wil-Lec actually responded! The replacement upgrade to my home fusebox was carried out efficiently and on the date specified, a full electrical check was carried out on completion and the price quoted was the price I paid and it was less than I’d expected it to be. I’m happy with the work that was carried out.

this was the first time I used them but the engineer didn't know my boiler so ask me for the instruction book which I couldn't find, it didn't give me much confidence. He didn't check if my radiators was getting hot water through or for any air locks

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t feel completely confident during your first visit with us. Our engineer asks to see the boiler’s instruction manual where possible as it contains the service record/sign-off page, which needs to be completed as part of the service. This wasn’t because he was unfamiliar with the boiler, but we appreciate how the request may have come across that way.
We’ll also take your comments regarding the radiators on board. While checking individual radiators for air locks or circulation isn’t necessarily part of every boiler service, we appreciate that you expected the heating system to be checked more thoroughly and we’ll make sure this feedback is passed on to the team.

Amazing service and high standard of work
We had a gentleman visit to help diagnose a problem we had at a holiday chalet we own, we're not there the whole time and wil-lec we're very accommodating with arranging a suitable time, after the initial visit it was discovered that we would need extensive work doing and again wil-lec we're very accommodating with an appointment to do the work, while the gentleman was there he worked very tidy and to a high standard very polite and professional
Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs work doing and any further work we need doing will be done by you guys

Really excellent service - very prompt response to my enquiry and a detailed site survey carried out.
Fitters were very polite and produced clean and tidy work. They showed good knowledge of the product.

Great price for supplying and fitting an EV charger. Expertise provided from start to finish meant I changed my mind on the Charger, to my benefit and went onto the right tariff .

Very easy process from quote to…
Very easy process from quote to install, answered any queries promptly, turned up on time, install team very polite and professional again answered any questions even the daft ones, I can only say I got a great service from a company that's well known in the Grimsby area and would recommend them for ev chariger installs, the chargers they install are also very good and rated as one of the better in uk.
