He went back to the office to collect the necessary materials and completed the work the same day to my satisfaction. Solar Panels, Battery & EV Charger
We have recently had solar panels, battery, and EV charger installed by WIL-LEC and would really recommend the company. Initially Rod helped us through the design requirements and quote in a most professional and timely manner, plus also the follow up paperwork. There was no sales pressure, and everything was transparent.
The fitting team of Brad, Branden and Danny, plus another guy (sorry can't recall his name) are a credit to the company, always being extremely polite and courteous, answering all of our queries. Nothing was too much of a problem, and they cleaned as they went, keeping us informed as they carried out the work.
I can recommend them for any work you need. If you're thinking of using WIL-LEC, I can't recommend them enough.

A Big Let Down!
I am very keen to have solar panels fitted, I called Wil-Lec and they offered me an appointment, which I accepted. After waiting 40 minutes past the appointment time I called the company to be told the guy who was supposed to be attending had forgotten to inform me or the company. Having structured my day around the appointment I do not feel my treatment would encouragement to trust such an unreliable company no matter how good their product.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the disruption to your day and that we let you down regarding your initial appointment.
Due to the nature of electrical contracting, our team is occasionally required to attend urgent, safety-critical emergency call-outs. Unfortunately, our solar manager was called away on one of these emergencies, which meant he missed the 11:30 AM appointment and failed to notify you or the office in time.
When you called 40 minutes later, we wanted to try and remedy the situation immediately, which is why we offered to have him with you by 1:00 PM that same day. We completely respect that your day had already been disrupted and that you chose not to accept the later slot, but we wanted to make every effort to minimize the delay for you.
We appreciate you bringing this communication breakdown to our attention, and we are using this experience to tighten up our emergency procedures moving forward.

Well organised efficient friendly staff very trustworthy ( able to leave home without worrying ). Kept informed of all procedures along the way. Sub contractors were all skilled and trustworthy. Everything covered with sheets, and any areas not covered were vacuumed, wiped and left clean. A job very well done as are all wil-lec jobs. Wil-lec are our go to tradespeople.

Replacement charger
Issues with my existing charger. Spoke to Wayne who explained all my options and I chose the Hypervolt 3 Pro device which was fitted very quickly and professionall. Cannot fault the service and all good with the device

I would like to clarify the situation regarding the warranty to help other customers who might have the same question. For many modern shower manufacturers, including the one used for your project, the 5-year guarantee is a digital registration process. Manufacturers no longer include physical warranty cards in the box to ensure that the warranty is correctly logged to the specific homeowner on their online systems.
We apologize if this caused any frustration, but we are glad you were able to get it sorted through their website.
