Very easy experience. Results received earlier than expected.

The test was easy to administer and there was an efficient turnaround from posting, to being notified that it had arrived at its destination, and then to the final results. I am looking forward to the re-test in three months and seeing what impact taking the supplements AND increasing my omegas through diet in a conscious way will have on my results. First off all .. you have to want to work on your health and also to know how. ( not by going to the doctors ) Food mental and fysical health go hand in hand . So supplements are a part of this ! Ive recently become a customer of Wild Atlantic Health.Before I began taking any tablets I chose to take a base line measurement as I was already taking Omega 3 as suggested by my optician. I really didn’t expect my results advising of my readings not being adequate. So I immediately began taking the Wild Atlantic omega 3, and unbelievably I began to feel brighter , I was feeling very sluggish following a bout of Covid , so excellent timing.I am curious to know what my next reading will be following approx four months after commencing the Wild Atlantic Omega 3 and Vitamin D , K , A. I am also astounded that the website references all the research for there products, this is truly out standing . I like that the vitamins K2 and A are included with the vitamin D, also that it’s in fat soluble form. Hoping to boost my vit d level, as other vit d supplements didn’t work for me. Time will tell.
