Excellent service start to finish
I recently purchased a Titan Eclipse-800 hot tub from Wild Water Spas and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
From my first inquiry, Sam was incredibly responsive and helpful. I had concerns about access through a narrow gate, and rather than just giving me a hard “no,” Sam worked with me to understand the measurements and explore solutions. Throughout the process, he was patient with my questions and proactive about keeping me informed—even reminding me about deals ending and helping me secure the best price.
The pre-delivery planning was thorough. Sam requested videos of the delivery route to ensure everything would go smoothly, which showed great attention to detail. On delivery day, communication was clear with payment instructions and a reliable ETA. The installation team arrived on time, and Jamie (the installer) took time to share helpful maintenance tips.
What really impressed me was the after-sales support. When I asked about chemical maintenance schedules, Sam promptly sent over a comprehensive guide with all the essential information clearly laid out.
The whole experience felt professional yet personal. Sam and the team genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. If you’re looking for a hot tub company that provides great products backed by excellent customer service, I highly recommend Wild Water Spas.

Had initial issues and we finally come to a mutual agreement so happy to re review.
Yes we had issues. The company has now resolved these to our satisfaction.
If you get an issue reach and speak to them so they can right the wrongs.
Hot tub is good (I have a minor issue and not sure if it user or not in the coming days will know but support is waiting for the issue if it arises again so we can resolve)
Overall good service and finance was easily arranged.
Fairly priced and has to be said the steps which we thought would be poor quality as they were free are good and solid.
We are enjoying our evenings out in the tub.
Would probably purchase again down the line to see if the issues we had were a one off.
Has to be said WhatsApp support was decent throughout

We appreciate all feedback, but it is important to clarify the facts. Our delivery team arrived slightly later than planned due to unexpected roadworks and a diversion. We kept you updated well into the night to ensure you were not left without information.
Regarding access, this was not as clear as you had originally indicated. This unfortunately led to some items being unintentionally broken, but as set out in the terms and conditions you agreed to prior to installation, we are not liable for damages caused by restricted or poor access.
It is also worth noting that you were sending a large volume of repeated WhatsApp messages with little regard for our staff members’ time, despite our team responding and providing updates.
As for the hot tub itself, it is fully operational. In fact, you even confirmed to us in writing that it was heating and working correctly following delivery. All of our preloved hot tubs are thoroughly tested before leaving our facility, with full documentation to confirm this process.
We always strive to deliver the best possible service and communication, and while we regret you feel dissatisfied, we have acted professionally and within our agreed terms at every stage. That said, if you require any further assistance, please do contact us directly and we will be more than happy to help.

The whole experience was absolutely excellent, Sam was extremely patient, explained the whole process from start to finish and was always available and happy to provide support, even when we had questions months after buying our hot tub.
The delivery guys were also excellent, great communication and made sure we were happy before running through a full checklist to ensure we fully understood everything about how our hot tub worked.

Experience of hot tub being installed
I would just like to say that the two guys, Qasim and Abdullah who came to install our hot tub tonight were absolutely fantastic, they were so lovely and very friendly and also very helpful. They both could not have been any nicer. Our hot tub is now up and running and we could not be happier. Again thanks to them both.

We had a few hiccups to begin with our choice of hot tub and delivery date, but having spoken to the team in particular Sam, this was sorted and they were very apologetic and immediately arranged for another choice of hot tub and date for the tub to be delivered. We ordered a very large hot tub and the delivery of it was going to be difficult as the tub was heavy and large What can I say, the delivery team consisted of father and son. Qasim and Abdullah. Both were fantastic. They were professional, polite, diligent, informative and efficient. They were very careful and took care in the delivery of the tub. They are a very strong hard working team. You can see that they take pride in what they do. I was very impressed in how they manoeuvred the tub. it was just the two of them. It wasn't an easy path for them. I would recommend Wild Water Spas as and their delivery team, What I thought was a nice touch was Qasim sent me a message with what I would call a quick guide to the set up of the tub and what quantities of the chemicals to use and when, and that I could message him if I had any problems. .
