Overall, a very good experience
Although I had a bit of trouble navigating the site, the instructions are clear and concise, and I’m very pleased with the end result. The navigation difficulties began to ease with familiarity from repeated visits (I didn’t do this in one session). It feels great to get that task done!
I appreciate always being able to make changes, if necessary, at no additional charge. Overall, a very good experience.

Extremely easy to make a will
The process was extremely straightforward and easy to understand. I put off on making a will for a long time because I thought I had to pay a lawyer lots of money to do it. Great value when doing two wills (myself and my partner). I like how updates are unlimited and free, you know, because things are always changing in life.

Needs a shared information function
My wife and I completed the questionnaire easily and in a short period of time.
Since we chose individual wills vs joint at your recommendation, we find it quite tedious to enter all assets under one will and then have to enter the exact same information in the other will. There should be an option to link the assets to both wills, or at the very least, the ability to cut and paste. Otherwise this was a 5 star experience.

Will Completed Successfully, but Family Plan Access Issue Remains Unresolved
I have successfully completed my will through Willful. When I purchased my plan, I paid for Premium Coverage for Families. However, my husband has not received any information or instructions on how to start creating his own will under the family plan. I have sent 2 emails to suppurt team and 1 email to Welcome team since July 18, but haven't heard feedback yet.

To get your husband set up under your Premium plan x2 you can invite him directly through your account:
1. Log into your Willful account.
2. Go to MENU > Account Settings.
3. Select the option to invite your partner/spouse to join your plan.
This will automatically send him an invitation link so he can create his account and start his document at no extra cost.
If you or your husband run into any issues with the invite, please email us directly at support@willful.co. We’d be more than happy to take a closer look and make sure he gets set up smoothly!

It was a long questionnaire
It was a long questionnaire, but easy to go through. I did find it unnecessary to then included in the document portions that did not apply to me at all. For example, electronic property, registered education plans, special gifts and other options.

It was a bit stressful. I have not thought much about Wills in the past. Many of the questions asked left me unsure about my confidence in my responses. I believe I will need to review and update my will after further discussion with family and friends.

Some confusing navigation in my account
A bit of confusing navigation in my account to facilitate a change/delete of the primary executor.
Also, the process for accessing the second party on my account, that is, my wife's account and the preparation site for her will. It was paid for when I registered, and shows a two-person account but no clear written instructionson how to access the second person.
AI help wasn't great, but it did submit a help ticket for live help.
It seems to be available only on weekdays.
However, the thoroughness of the site and the help ticket was excellent but takes quite a bit of time, not "easy" as projected by the marketers of this plan, but doable with a bit of patience.
The net result of subscribing to Willful Wills is the ability to prepare our wills cost-effectively and avoid paying huge lawyer fees for a will that's put together by a legal secretary and basically rubber-stamped by a lawyer.
There's a lot of procrastination in preparing a will because of this.
The bottom line is the comfortable feeling of completing and registering it,
plus saving a bundle of money.
Don't put off preparing and registering a will, as we never know when we will pass on.
