William Richards Opiniones

This was a an excellent experience from the word go. All the staff were polite and friendly. They answered questions and were generally helpful. Sam, our fitter who installed our windows was a pleasure to have in the house and rectified any problems we found quickly and efficiently.
The end product looks great and we have had a lot of positive comments about our windows. We would not hesitate to recommend the Williams Richard product and team.

Williams Richards combines exceptional quality craftsmanship with outstanding customer service. Every person I dealt with through the preliminary stages - Robin, Ryan, Rachel and Ben - was incredibly helpful, answering all my queries.

Particular thanks goes to Dylan who fitted my windows with great skill and precision. He was professional, reliable, and a real pleasure to have here.

My new windows look beautiful and operate so smoothly. Highly recommend!

They did a good job replacing my old Victorian sash windows with well made Sapele that slide beautifully , they look lovely and are very secure.

From start to finish, the personal, telephone and email contact was there, at no point was I left unsure of any part of the process, or who would be coming or when. The fitting of the windows was carried out by an extremely personable man with great efficiency and the two rooms were left spick and span. I wanted Heritage Glaze windows put into the existing sash frames and this was carried out, with a refurb of the frames. Extremely good quality work.

Dylan, the window fitter, was a delight, so courteous, meticulous and helpful. It was a pleasure to have him about the place. And the windows look gorgeous. I am thrilled with them and so pleased I came to Williams & Richards

Efficient, friendly with a good quality finish. Initial communication could be improved but overall very satisfied.

Sam,the guy doing the work. He was fantastic. A true professional. Kind, thoughtful,a perfectionist and craftsman.

Dylan worked for a few days at our property. Thanks to his skills (he makes replacing sashes and doors look very easy), his punctuality and reliability, we had a stress-free home improvement experience.

The men were unfailingly courteous and told us exactly what they were doing. Indeed we became rather fond of them. The quality of the workmanship seemed high and the windows now open! We intentionally wanted 'proper' Victorian style replacements rather than aluminium or PVC. We were so pleased we asked them back to do ALL the windows.

I never write reviews but will make an exception as William Richards Sash Windows really deserve one.
I needed four pairs of replacement sash windows fitted in the existing slanting box frames of our old Victorian Grade 2 property in Chester city centre. Got several local quotes but, despite the distance, decided to go with WRSW due to the professional and detailed digital quote and John's flexibility making several amendments to it to ensure everything was perfectly tailored to our needs and the constraints of a listed property.
The whole project was then executed perfectly from start to finish, and to very high standards. First Ryan came over to take the exact measurements and took his time answering my many questions and explaining details of the installation process. WRSW then kept me informed weekly about the production progress and delivered the windows at the agreed dates.

The installation scheduling process was very accommodating. As the property is a successful holiday let, Ben showed great flexibility around installation dates, which made coordinating everything much easier for us.

Finally, the installation itself was superb. Zack and Chaz - professional, pleasant, and highly skilled craftsmen - were an absolute credit to the process. They went above and beyond to make the whole process worry and dust free and made the early morning drive from Telford to Chester over several days without any fuss. Their workmanship was excellent, and they treated the property with care and respect throughout.

The entire experience with William Richards Sash Windows has been great from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The new sash windows look great and are perfectly in keeping with the character of our property. Thanks again WRSW for your 5-star service, I will highly recommend to anyone!

fantastic service throughout. Cannot recommend this company high enough

Excellent quality product and workmanship. Thoughtful advice from the team at William Richards led us to have a mixture of replacement sashes (with vacuum-insulated glass) in existing frames plus some all-new double-glazed windows and French doors.
Fitters Paul and Dylan did a great job and were a pleasure to have in our home.
The fitting was delayed by the overseas manufacturers of the vacuum-insulated glass, but the end result was worth the wait.

The work carried out on our arched window was exceptional and Dylan was really professional (kept us informed during the day and cleaned up as well). A great job. The communication beforehand needs to be improved but I’ll give it 5* for the quality of work done

Excellent service and customer service from start to finish!

We needed two New windows in our New Kings Road house replaced. Having researched the Market we chose William Richards for the quality of reviews we saw online and the professionalism of the firm. They came and measured the space and assisted us with choosing options, they notified us on delivery times and did an excellent job having the windows fit in the shortest space of time. Very happy we chose such a top tier company and would use them again.

I couldn't recommend William Richards more. From the initial communication to installation day, the entire process was smooth and the team were fantastic every step of the way. Thank you!

Great work! Attentive, professional, focussed, considerate, skilled. A pleasure to deal with.

William Richards Sash Windows has just finished replacing 35 timber windows with like-for-like double glazed replacements into the existing frames of our Grade 2 listed property, and from start to finish they have been so professional and accommodating. From the initial survey and thorough report through to liaising with the local council, arranging scaffolding and a skip, to the actual installation and billing. The team have all been amazing and such a pleasure to deal with, they were so thoughtful and tidy, and nothing was too much bother. Thank you so much! I would recommend them to anyone.

We have just had a second order of windows installed by William Richards and are just as impressed as we were in September 2024 with our first order.
This company is second to none, their craftsmanship is outstanding and all the people who work there are a pleasure to deal with and an absolute credit to this company.
We have had 10 windows in total and all fittings have gone smoothly with not a single hiccup.
We will highly recommend this company to everyone, although there may be a slightly longer lead time it’s worth the wait.
Thank you for our beautiful windows!
