My money has been sitting in my account…

My money has been sitting in my account for weeks after requesting for it. There was no proper communication and real transparency. Any time I reached out to the customer support it has been a run around answer all along. For now, I've settled on # gcasco # .Withdrawals are smooth, and I've never had problems with the process.

Extremely negative returns

As many other reviewers have stated, Willow Wealth (formerly Yieldstreet) has produced very negative returns that don't align with the characterization of the risk advertised. Seemingly every project in their REIT fund is a complete loss or underwater, and it seems very likely that investors in that fund will lose every dollar invested.

Despite their arguments to the contrary, it seems pretty clear that their rebrand as Willow Wealth was an attempt to escape all of the negative attention they received for the money they lost due to poor investments. They are not accepting liquidation requests for their REIT fund, and are granting only partial requests for liquidation of other funds, so it is quite difficult to get invested funds back.

Good app, bad returns. Stay away.

I have been investing with them for many years, and I cannot recommend them.
The UX and app is great.
The short-term notes do have very good returns and are reliable.
All other investments have been a mess. I have a $15k investment on "watchlist" for many years now, which I cannot sell ( I presume means a total loss) but because they won't mark it as "lost" I have to wait for a K1 every year, and cannot mark it as a long-term capital loss.
They recently told me they were moving the alternative income fund to another company, which will be very annoying for me to manage...but when I asked to liquidate they only have me 10% of the value back because they didn't find enough buyers. Really, stay away.

These guys are absolute scam artists

These guys are absolute scam artists. Do not give them your money. My investments with them have all performed poorly and you can only remove funds during “liquidation events” which are only a couple of times a year. When you put in a request to liquidate your shares they only assign 10% or less of your request. I have been trying to get my money back from them for YEARS. Whatever you do, do not give these criminals your money.

Awful organization full of…

Awful organization full of low-integrity folks selling faulty investments to (admittedly inexperienced) accredited investors. I have lost most of my life savings with Yieldstreet/Willow Wealth making it the worst decision of my life. Unbelievably inconsistent in every way, but so well-presented. Just awful.

I've already lost money and the two investments I have left are now on a watch list, just declining with no distribution coming in. I am stuck waiting on documents that should've been provided, even having to deal with tax delays because of it.
I am really satisfied with the progress I am seeing on #GoIdbIoom #𝑙aboratories. The service runs on its own and accessing my money has never turned into a fight.

Stay far away

When a company doesn't offer any sort of phone support -- it's chat and email only as of mid March 2026 -- you know there's something wrong. A horrid company of con men. I didn't get a cent in payback on my vessel deconstruction investments. An art invesment is still in court. Stay far away from this outfit.

If I had a chance to rate minus 5 I would as they fully deserve it

If I had a chance to rate minus 5 I would certainly do that since this company fully deserves it. I have lost all of my investment capital with Yieldstreet ( now they are rebranding into Willow Wealth to escape accountability) on Vessel Deconstruction III project what represents significant amount of my savings . The founder of this company Michael Weiz deserves special attention. He misrepresented the investment, lied to the investors that there were no prior failed projects. In Business language it is called MISREPRESENTATION. Stated that the investment capital on vessel deconstruction is fully insured and is secured by bank deposits of borrowers. In fact he stated the same amount for multiple vessel deconstruction projects, put 100 million of investors money against 17 million after he was advised not to do it. All projects failed due to blant fraud of borrowers who were able to save their 17 millions and escape without any consequences . Mr Weiz allowed even this to happen- what tells us about his complete incompetence and blant negligence . The insurance pay outs received from this project he claimed will have to be diverted to cover litigation costs . After years of litigation Yieldstreet settled 100 million of investors money for 5 million to remove the freeze. The 5 million were supposed to be paid to investors but they disappeared within Willow Wealth ( Yieldstreet) to cover again so called " legal costs". Repeated requests to provide receipts of legal expenses by investors were ignored. The outcome is - Lost 100 million after 14 million spent allegedly by willow wealth on litigation costs just to settle for 5 million. Something does not add up here . I am infurated by the fact that this company is still operating , rebranding into Willow Wealth and its founders are not in prison. Absolute lack of integrity , tranparency and professionalism . Mere Greed. I am not suprised they lost a lot of their deals with real estate. Can not rule out Fraud. It just not add up how you can lose repeatedly so much money and not learn from your mistakes. I will stronlgy encourage investors to hold Mr Weiz and associates accounatable , file legal and criminal complaints to pursue justice .
DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR HARD EAERNED MONEY!!!

Even after spending an hour with the firm and signing three documents, my money has not yet been sent into my bank account. I contacted the support staff, but they were unable to provide me with a clear response. I've now complained about my missing investements just like yieldstreet, but there's no way for me to get it back.
#Echomines helps me stay on track without all the hassle, and that's one of the main reasons I stick with it

Stay away from this rebranded…

Stay away from this rebranded Yieldstreet. I doubt that due diligence was conducted on any of the offerings. I have had capital trapped in this investment company for 8 years with significant losses, late documentation, poor communcation, and lack of transparency. Even the website is designed to make tracking your portfolio difficult, but investing unencombered. Several defaults, supposed court cases, a giant loss with a class action payout, and most investments on watch lists.

I have lost significant capital through Willow Wealth

I have lost significant capital through Yieldstreet, now Willow Wealth. When I log into my account, the system boasts a negative -34.84% return. I have been an investor for almost 8 years now and am just waiting for all my current investments to reach term and then get my money out. Imagine if I just invested in an index fund....This alternative investment firm is not worth the risk.

Yieldstreet part 2. TOTAL SCAM

This is Yieldstreet with a name change so they can start their schemes over again. These guys are either totally incompetent or genuine conmen, maybe both. I love that they changed their name, website, login, everything and didn't even give investors any notice of it. What a class act.

We have lost money in many of their deals and the newest one is the Vessel Deconstruction debacle. So let me summarize. They misrepresented an investment opportunity to investors, they did not perform their due diligence well, took investors money and gave it to other conmen, then realized it and pursued legal action for 5 years assuring us along the way they would stop at nothing to get investors their money back. They recovered the money recently ($5million) and notified us they're keeping ALL OF IT to cover their costs.

You can't make that stuff up. And this is ONE of about 5 deals that were 100% losses with them. I truly don't understand how these guys aren't in jail. If you're even tempted to put any money in their deals, just go blow it on some luxury items instead, at least you'll have something to show for it. Investor beware.

Formerly Yieldstreet Now Willow Wealth: Stay Away!

3 of the 4 "investments" are losses: Nashville Multi-Family Equity I, Houston Multi-Family Equity I both complete losses. North Shore Boston Multi-Family Equity hoping to get something back but does not look promising. The 4th, Yieldstreet Alternative Income Fund pays regularly but must include ROC which erodes NAV. It looks like a name change from Yieldstreet to Willow Wealth to try to put distance between them and the losses. I would NOT recommend.

Someone needs to go to JAIL!

I absolutely cannot believe no one has been prosecuted in this company! Totally misrepresent investments. The "due diligence" is a joke! Often misleading or error by "omission". But don't worry they get their "fees" and once they have your money good luck in getting it back! Just keep extending and extending the investment all so they can continue to collect those "fees" If you invest here after reading these real-life investor experience comments you are a moron!
