So this what they informed me for lasting power of attorney.
Your documents have been returned to you on multiple occasions and each time you keep returning the document without the required changes being made. Absolutely untrue I left notes saying I have no idear what they required only for which sending back, then telephone asking what they required, why do you think I used your service if was that easy I would have carried it out my self, Which you have failed you didn’t ack on my notes or telephone call. Remember your the experts I need help you did not supply.

Not sure if I should be writing this review as I've not seen the final results yet. So I'm commenting on the process so far. It's been 5 weeks since submitting my form. It is taking longer than expected to receive the final document to review. Re the form filling process, I would have liked there to be an option to leave money in percentages but we're asked to put specific amounts. I appreciated the pop up windows next to the questions. The answers were in easy to read bite sized chunks. I did still have to call up to ask questions about my soon to change circumstances, and it didn't take long to get a response.

Well explained cost effective with step by step notes to explain what you need to do to complete the online forms.
Quick turnaround on completed documents.

The Which Will service was easy to use. Review and return was quick. Each step was clearly explained.

The application was very simple and straightforward to use. There all the relevant questions in a particular order that were easy to understand and answer. The service is at a very reasonable cost for the which members.

I've just posted Power of Attorney forms for my wife and myself, having done it through Which. I'm glad I did so as it turned out there was one possible future problem which would have passed me by if it hadn't been pointed out by the Which team. I was able to make the necessary change which was rapidly checked, enabling me to carry on and get the PoAs signed.

I used your service for checking my Power of Attorneys. It was quick and efficient and I was able to speak to a person when I had a query.

I found following the instructions for completing the forms for Which's Powers of Attorney service a challenge. However, the difficulties I had were of my own making. I was impatient and insufficiently attentive to the instructions, whereas Which's wills and power of attorney team was patient and spent two hours ensuring that I completed the forms correctly. As Which is now checking and correcting the documents I cannot comment on the completed process. I do think that the user friendliness of the instructions is at tines modest, but their support of a bewildered 77 year old was excellent.

The simple form took us through each stage and provided helpful comments. When we had a query it was answered within a couple of days. The final result was two professional looking wills properly printed and bound. All we had to do was get our signatures witnessed. The whole process was made so easy such good value.

I love the attention to detail and the way the form is set out on the screen with helpful notes. I also like being able to send it to Which, who I trust, to check all was completed. When it was returned I found the page check sheet very useful enabling me to double check that everything is filled in correctly and completed before sending it off to the OPS.

I used the service for both Health and Financial LPAs.
Simple to use with useful guidance provided. Sending documents off shortly to register documents with the OPG. Hopefully, without any problems.

I used this service for both financial and health POAs for myself and my partner. I found it to be a straightforward process. Guidance was given as you went through the stages. The review only took a couple of days and final guidance is given when you print the documents for signature.

The Which will writing and power of attorney is an excellent service. The clear guidance notes, simple format and online return to documents made the whole process very managable. I chose the review service which was quick and provided useful feedback and peace of mind. I would highly reccomend the Which service.

I had some difficulty,due to my passwords not being accepted,then had problems with my printer,but neither of the problems were caused by Which Power of Attorney service,and help was given.Documents are now printed,and I am arranging signatures,prior to sending to OPG.

Our straightforward mirror will has been ongoing since last October together with a letter of wishes. We keep having to edit both because of reasons we don’t understand. I thought with ‘Which’ we couldn’t go wrong, but now regret using this service, the best way is face to face unless your a wizard with legal jargon.

If you live in Scotland - the POA service is not fit for purpose.
I couldn't find a single doctor or solicitor to sign the certificate of capacity for the purchased service to be valid. Which don't care and won't give any advice, they just take your money and dismiss all complaints. It's therefore MUCH cheaper to use an actual solicitor. Disgusted with Which, would never trust them again

Edited to add: reply to my review from Which is as expected. As I already mentioned in my review, I've already spoken to the complaints department who do not care. PLEASE avoid this dismissive company
