This Wills scheme has not worked for…the Wills creation scheme is not for everyone
This Wills scheme has not worked for me. The questions are quite restrictive.
It’s probably my not understanding some
questions but I have spent a lot of time on this. Also payment is required before you start on the questions. Payment should be due at the point of submission
I’m having to use a solicitor face to face now
I suspect that for straightforward requirements this scheme could work but I have found the system clever but disappointing I have abandoned the scheme.

The LPA service was useful, and quite easy to understand the process. The LPA forms were received after 14 days, and were succesfully printed off.

In our particular situation, that's needing simple mirror wills the service provided was just right almost multi choice questions to get to the stage where one needed the legal approval , our only query was answered within hours and the review period was down to a few days, the actual wills arrived a few days after final submission , painless quick and just what we needed in all a professional service

I've usd Which before to prepare my will, so had no hesitation in using their POA service. Simple to use, quality type set for easy printing, simple to understand instructions and with the discount offer it was an easy decision to use Which. The review period, in which the docs are subjected to scrutiny by a legal team, took just over 2 weeks and about one month after I started the process, I have just submitted the docs for registration.

Never received after paying. 14 months and waiting
Sent off in sept 2022 . Both care and financial. Care arrived fine but still awaiting other, applied in sept 2022. In may said would arrive in four weeks. Never did. Made numerous calls said would arrive soon never does. Calls cost £12 a call on phone HR and half. Not sure how else can chase this up. Also emailed but no reply. Nightmare.

Easier than I thought it would be
Simple, quicker than expected and with good notes. The team got back to me quickly in response to questions as well. The only issue for me was that the top half of my screen was taken up with the 'progress' line and 'submit' button, which left all the questions and explanations squeezed in the bottom half. This made is difficult to read as the text had to be quite small to fit in. Couldn't seem to fix this and the Which advice was not very helpful (although it was a technical issue rather than a Will issue ). It would have been good to be able to download the right hand box where you see what the Will text looks like into a Word document to be able to read it properly.

Wills tailor-made to our needs
When first starting the process the template seems quite generic (it’s set up for bloodline wills) and I couldn’t create Wills with the specificities I needed. When the completed templates are submitted for review there is the opportunity to add comments. I used this to include my specificities which were incorporated in the revised document resulting in the perfect Wills for our needs exactly in line with our requirements. The review period was ok, two or three days. I’m very pleased I used this service.

Helpful and straightforward
I had thought about doing my LPAs without assistance but decided it was too important to risk doing them alone. I was very happy with the Which service. The instructions and guidance were spot on - easy to follow and complicated bits explained will. The turnaround was quick and one change I decided to make was reviewed and corrected overnight. I can recommend Which for this most highly.

Slight issue that it was advertised at a special price and when I got to the end of the process I was charged the regular fee otherwise very happy.

Communication is impossible
All of Which communications contain the phrase "this is a No-Reply Inbox". This means that I am unable to discuss any issues I might encounter. I have encountered one major issue - I was hospitalized for four weeks with sepesis. Sceondly, you tell me to access mt documents by pressing the link. Unfortunately, the link does not work, and I cannot show you the error messages because you prevent me from doing that.
I am now in limbo with no where to turn for assistance.
