Scam avoid like the plague

Avoid avoid avod. Why does trust pilot give this scam outfit two stars when everyone is giving one or lowers. Total scam. Ordered leather shoes. Plastic smelly ones came with no size or make on and far too big Of course I should have known better. I won’t be able to pay to return them o China. My bad

Avoid! Took my money, cancelled the order, and won't refund

Ordered a pair of shoes from this company. A week later, they emailed me saying my size was out of stock. It has now been over a month, and they still not refunded my money. Customer service just search for an information . Total scam company, avoid at all costs!

Avoid Wilson and Carter completely

I wanted to give Zero, but the minimum is one. Please, please I beg everyone to read reviews before buying from this company. The photos of the clothes in the website have nothing to do with what you will receive. I bought what I thought were linen dresses and shirts and they were polyester. I also bought what I thought was a leather sandal and it was nothing but plastic. The only good thing to be fair is that they refunded my money before I returned their goods back, which I did.

Poor quality clothes

Really poor quality material with loose threads and badly sown hems on both pairs of trousers purchased. Really really disappointed with what I purchased. The clothes do not look like the pictures on the website.

Do not purchase from Wilson and Carter London burn your money instead

If there were minus stars I would have rated them -100 - I so should have looked on here first- they promise free easy hassle free returns- they promise contact within 24 hours of you contacting them , 9 days for me to get a response then told $30-$50 dollars for me to return- how are these people allowed to operate?? They are a complete scam - I purchased from Instagram- never again 😡😡😡😡 quality is appalling

Poor Quality clothing shop

OMG HOW IS THIS COMPANY NOT REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS
THEY CHARGE £39.95 original price they have advertised at £99.95 for shorts that look like they are from primark £5 please do not buy from this company they are giving London shops a bad name l have raised concerns to my bank as l paid with a credit card and bank will step in if l have no luck

Thank you for your response.

I reject your assertion that your company's internal Order Cancellation Policy overrides my statutory rights under UK consumer law. A retailer cannot remove or restrict a consumer's legal rights simply by publishing its own terms and conditions.

I notified Wilson & Carter that I wished to cancel my order. Your decision to continue shipping the goods despite that notification is a commercial decision made by your company and does not extinguish my legal rights.

Your repeated reliance on your internal policy, rather than addressing my statutory rights, is disappointing. I have made my position clear from the outset, yet your responses continue to rely on standard wording instead of engaging with the substance of my complaint.

Unless you now confirm that my cancellation will be honoured and that I will receive a full refund in accordance with my legal rights, I will have no alternative but to escalate this matter. This may include reporting the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities, pursuing recovery of the funds through my payment provider where appropriate, and publicly sharing a factual account of my experience to assist other consumers in making informed purchasing decisions.

I remain willing to resolve this matter amicably, but I require your written confirmation that my statutory rights will be respected and that this dispute will be concluded without further delay.

Wish I had looked on trustpilot

Wish I had looked on trustpilot.
Omg what a joke this company is.
Don’t order anything from them. The quality is poor. They seem to dodge any way of returning the poor quality rubbish they send out.
I am going to report them to the consumer council as this is not acceptable. Do not order from Wilson and Carter unless you have money to burn.

Worst ordering &return experience ever

Wilson& Carter - London has a website that promises 'free, fast shipping, reliable delivery with no hidden fees'
plus 'easy hassle free Returns. My experience tells me otherwise. After waiting for three weeks for my order to arrive I tried to cancel it to save a delivery of sandals that I no longer required as they were arriving too late. This proved impossible and led to a string of emails between me and customer services that were anything but satisfactory. I am still trying to return this parcel but they are being obstructive as I try to arrange a return, and discover the parcel comes from an overseas supplier - hence delayed arrival, and I am told the return cost to me will be between $30-$50 per item. So anything but 'fast free delivery' and 'hassle free returns'. The items on website look appealing but the delivery and service are abysmal. I will never buy from this company again nor recommend it

Please do not buy from this company they are. Disgrace
All the quality is below zero I have sent numerous emails which they did not respond for days .
I needed to return an item that was not up to standard the material was cheap a nasty and not finished properly with cotton hanging everywhere .They then offered me 10% of the price of the dress .
It states they have a easy returns what a joke
These people are advertising themselves as if they re in London

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - USELESS!!!

If I could give zero stars to this company I would. I waited approximately three weeks to receive my shoes which were THE most terrible quality, did not come in a box and were squashed. Stitching on the top of the shoes are crooked. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
