hi James, can you please provide more information on what name you tried to purchase under, we havent had any accounts attempted under James Milner, I can only presume you have checked out as a guest. please feel free to contact me on 07359092496 or via email and I will happily put this right for you and talk you through the simple process to open your account. I have just logged on and opened an account myself so it would seem all is currently ok. thank you

Hi genna, sorry to hear you have had an issue. as I stated on the 20th august you haven't ticked the box to create an account, you have checked out as a guest. The order you placed you never completed (this would create your account) as you never paid for the items hence you never asking me for a refund. also within that email I offered to create the account for you, I also showed you the discount code had been applied when you stated it hadn't. as Im sure you can see we have done everything possible to help you with the order, I did also give you my mobile number to contact me if you ever needed anything
Really good service and pricing
