I couldn't get my wine to go over to the cart. I called and got ahold of a very nice gentleman that took care of the problem and even placed the order for me. I was very happy to get it resolved and now I have 4 bottles of my favorite wine!

The service representative was extremely helpful, replying within 24 hours and immediately taking steps to rectify and offering to take additional steps to further assist. I would give him 5 starts but not WINC. WINC's system could and should be improved - perhaps, at a minimum, notify people that they need to reactivate to log in rather than simply responding that you entered the wrong username and/or password.

I order online enough that I am frustrated by getting scammed by some of my purchases so I have to deal with customer service of different places quite often. There are none like this company when it comes to customer service they are the top tier of service!!

Very quick to help with my issue and provide resolution
this was the most frustrating process I have ever been involved with. I received a $200 gift card and I mistakenly added a six month membership to my cart when all I wanted to do was order two packs of wine which I could do under the terms and conditions without joining a membership. The only problem was when I went back into my cart to delete the membership. It would not allow me to do that. I talked to two Customer Support reps and neither one can help me. I finally had to go in under my wife’s email address and process it from scratch and that worked, but I still had to pay over and above the gift card amount because there was no flexibility in your application to order just $200 worth of wine. I will never use this app or refer it to anyone else.

Total scam! Received a $60 gift card from the family member. When I went to use it it required a membership when I did not want to use the membership or sign up for a membership. It forced me to use the $60 gift certificate towards $120 package. I was willing to do that and I had to go through hoops to get a proper coat to even work for that

Always great selection but today great service too. I had a problem with a shipment and after days of fed ex being no help at all I reached out and within minutes challenge resolved! Patty was pleasant and exceptional.

Our wines were previously with Bright Cellars and I think they got bought out by Winc. We’ve been customers for about 4 years and we still love it. Wine varieties and qualities are great, and they come packaged so well. Never had any issues with shipment damage. Also, customer service has been great when we update our preferences from time to time. Recommended!
