From the first day I contacted them by email, I always received quick and accurate responses.
Not being sure that our region was covered by the transmission network, they were extremely helpful in offering me temporary alternative solutions so that I could check my area.
The shipping date was also adapted to my needs, as I was away on vacation.
Installation was very easy, and data was immediately available online on their map, or on the Burnair map that we use for the most part.
What more can I say? Maybe I'll buy another Windbird in the not too distant future.
In any case, exceptional service and a highly recommended product.

L'installation a été super facile, et les données ont été immédiatement mises en ligne sur leur carte, ou sur la carte Burnair que nous utilisons principalement chez nous.
Que dire de plus ? Je vais peut-être acheter un autre Windbird dans un avenir proche.

The windbird and the app work great, are very attractively priced and very easy to install. Really great. Unfortunately, however, no communication was possible for questions in advance. This is a bit of a shame, but the product is excellent. The delivery was made within the promised time frame. So everything is great.

The installation/calibration was easily straight forward.
A second mount (one big / one small) would have helped, the one delivered was to big for our thin pole and to small for the thick pole so we had to arrange with a little customization.
The visualization is very good and simple for paragliding

Pour l'aeromodelisme rien de mieux que Windbird. Supporte d'être placé en hauteur sans perturbations. Idéal pour notre Club.
