Windsors Wallasey Citroen

Purchased my third Citroen from Windsors Wallasey just before Christmas. I needed a new car quickly and Aaron was really helpful and helped me find exactly what I wanted. He ensured the whole process was smooth and sorted before Christmas. Would recommend anyone to use this dealership!

Positive buying experience

Picked up a C3 on Tuesday morning after a very easy buying experience. Aaron Cross was extremely helpful, answering any questions I had and was very patient when I was dithering over which colour car to choose! Would thoroughly recommend Windsors

Excellent service

Our oil light came on in our car with a message to contact our dealer. What a great service we then got. Staff were so helpful and arranged for us to call the same day. The oil level was checked and topped up and the problem was sorted. We also were able to book in for our service. We really appreciate the level of service we were given and the friendly reassuring member of staff. Thank you

Bought a nearly new Mazda CX5 from…

Bought a nearly new Mazda CX5 from Windsors and process was very efficient dealt with by Matthew. I received a fair price for my part exchange and there was no hard sell for any extras. One of the less stressful car purchases I ever made. Even during this festive period everything was done and dusted in less than a week.

Purchased a car in 8/12/23 a VW Polo

Purchased a car in 8/12/23 a VW Polo. Owen Cross, Sales Executive dealt with this for me from start to finish. I have to say he was absolutely fantastic, nothing was a problem for him and he explained everything I needed to know. I’d definitely deal with Windows again in the future and would highly recommend these dealers and their expertise was second to none.

Another great experience with Windsors

Just taken delivery of a new Mazda CX30, our 5th. Mazda purchased from Windsors. Purchasing a new car can be a stressful experience, however Windsors go out of there way to make you feel relaxed and you don't feel under pressure to make a decision. Chose the car on Tuesday 21st November drove it away Friday 24th. November! Special thanks to Josh Prescott, sales exec, who was a delight to deal with. No pressure sales rubbish, just straight talking and went out of his way to get the best possible deal. Explained everything in an easy to understand way and assisted with all form filling in. Also kept me and my wife informed at all times on how things were progressing. So all in all another great experience in dealing with Josh and Windsors.. Nice one!

Appalling after sales service

My son bought his first car from Windsor's Wallasey. The car had 12 months warranty and during that 12 months the car was taken in by Windsor's to try to diagnose an intermittent noise 4 times. My son's partner is a community nurse and needs the car for her shifts and had to borrow a car every time Windsor's took it in. When the warranty had expired the noise was so bad that my son had an independent look at the car and he said it was the wheel bearing on the offside front wheel and couldn't believe that Windsor's had missed it. Windsor's had over the 4 times they had it in replaced brake pads and the bearing on the nearside front wheel! on being told this my son rang Windsor's and advised them of this and was told that looking at the service history it had never been brought in for a noise, that they would not do the work under warranty and that it would cost £260 and they couldn't do the work for another 3 weeks. Absolutely disgraceful! The experience my son had with this, his first car has ruined his trust in the Company that sold it to him and robbed him of his enjoyment of owning his first car. The reputation that Windsor's previously had is in tatters and they don't seem to care. The car has now been repaired by that independent mechanic at further cost to my son and he now has trust in the vehicle. Shame on you Windsor's.

Another fab car from Windsors

I have now just purchased my 4th car from Windsors Wallasey and would not go anywhere else! Each staff member is friendly, kind and make you feel so relaxed. Adam has helped me with my journey each time giving me options and putting up with my many questions! So helpful Thank you Windsors

Customer care is awful (Citroen)

Customer care is awful, when trying to ring them the call goes to an answer phone, with a message saying you cannot leave a message as it is full!
Regarding the arranged service to the car, no paperwork or any evidence that this has been done by windsors was given. When Jane was asked about this, the reply was "we dont give you anything, it is sent to motobility" , her reply about trying to contact windsors was "I was on the phone"
Like a lot of companies great if you are buying something, but the after sales is very poor. Go to Lewis Reed instead

Excellent company, with great people, very easy to do business with
Highly recommend for Sales, they can get hold of any car your in the market for and all New Mazdas & Fiats and the Service department are second to none in our area. Still a Family run business which means a lot in these times and it shows with there care and value in the customer
