I Sold my car to Windsors through Motorway at an agreed price. A bit on the low side but not too unreasonable.
On the day of collection they sent an independent assessor over to collect the car but also to check it out. I’d already identified and informed Windsors of some minor scratches, which were taken into account in the offer they made me.
The assessor gave the car a thorough 45 minute inspection, and after that, gave the car a clean bill of health. He told me that there were a couple of very minor marks at the top of the bumper, that were so small I’d not noticed , but was confident that they were so negligible that Windsors wouldn’t be bothered about them. He was absolutely flabbergasted when the rep at Windsors wanted to knock £500 off the offer price. I was very angry and eventually negotiated down to a £350 reduction as I didn’t want to go through the whole process again. This is obviously a cynical ploy that they use to maximise their profits.
No doubt they’ll respond to this and say id not identified all the faults. However, as I stated earlier, their independent assessor put my car through a thorough examination and gave it a clean bill of health.
I have found this company untrustworthy during my dealings with them and can’t understand all the good reviews they’ve received. Friends and family….?

Aaron Cross was extremely helpful with my recent purchase of a low mileage 74reg Corsa at a reasonable price. I have nothing but praise for Aaron and Windsors and my journey south from Central Scotland was well worth the effort. Aaron even advised me of the easiest route to the Mersey tunnel for my journey back north with my new purchase. Thanks again to Aaron and Windsors.

Where to begin? We always use Windsors to buy our cars for many years. However on this 1 occasion my husband tried somewhere else. Unfortunatly a few months down the line his car needed a new engine and the "other company" had stopped trading. We didnt know what to do!!

We thought about our amazing customer service in past with Adam Tuomey at Windsors (wallasey) and we got back in contact with him and explained our situation. Safe to say Adam really helped and supported us, he kept us calm, told us not to panic and how he would help us. (Now I was panicking as we still owed finance on the 'no engine car). Adam advised that he could help and listed a number of things we could do. He then approached us with a car he had in mind for us (knowing we have 2 young kids too and I'm the fussy wife) Adam kindly advised us that we could part exchange and get another one and that nothing was impossible!!

Adam has always been there for me and now my husband and in future hopefully for my children when they are older! Thankyou for going above and beyond and helping us out with a truly rotten and terrible situation. We now have a newer 2nd hand car (all beautiful spec, safe etc) and a new clean clear finance agreement. This was all done smoothly and quickly and with a smile.

Safe to say we won't be "trying" any other places in future. Never twist...always STICK with Windsors Wallasey! X

Great helpful service from start to finish. Alan went the extra mile to arrange a private number plate transfer, and also arranged a full thorough check on the vehicle, replacing all parts as needed. The salesman Josh was very efficient and friendly, he let me test drive my new car in a matter of minutes and the whole sale of the car was done in minutes also.
