Food was excellent unfortunately the service was abysmal bordering embarrassing for a ‘wine event’. Example took 30 minutes and 5 asks to staff for the ‘welcome’ drink and had eaten before the drink even came - it was wine which requires to be poured. The wine we were pushed to pre-order didn’t arrive and we had to ask 3 times. This was about 40 minutes after arriving we finally had it. No pouring just ‘here is your bottle’. No interaction from hosts and seemed to be focused on the same people instead of welcoming all.

The venue was crazy hot, no AC or fans anywhere near our table. Made for a very uncomfortable evening - all 4 of us left early. Wine was drank fast so we could leave earlier so would give that a 7/10 rating. Won’t attend another event and will be sharing with wide Expat community to beware and think twice before considering an event like this.

Approached by Pedro via WhatsApp (I was a past customer), who politely offered recommendations in the form of a presentation deck. In addition to detailing the characteristics of the wine, the deck was educational and informative about the grading for the wines and the regions which the wines are grown. I appreciate how Pedro went a step further beyond selling wines and made the experience educational.
