Delivery was a fast as expected. Packaging was more that suitable as usually from other online stores I receive boxes way too big, a silly thing really but means a lot to me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Service & Quality Kits!
I recently placed an order for a range of wine kits and winemaking supplies, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The selection of kits is fantastic—great value for producing quality wines at home. Everything arrived well-packaged and exactly as expected.
A special mention to Wendy and the customer service team—when one of my kits was unexpectedly out of stock, they reached out promptly with a solution, offering a replacement or refund. It’s refreshing to see such proactive and friendly service!
If you’re into home winemaking, this is definitely the place to buy from. I’m looking forward to my next batch and will definitely be ordering again soon!
