Worst customer service ever. Virtually, not contactable. Their listed phone number does not accept calls. Multiple emails to customer service, both parent and Australian, unanswered. Promised shipping did not occur. From there, multiple follow-ups, NOTHING. I suspect the product itself must be quite good, but will have to find another outlet. Hopeless.

This product works and the customer service is terrific. Winesave provided me with a free replacement bottle after I felt that my bottle, although a few years old, was exhausted prematurely. Might not preserve opened wine for as long, but so much cheaper than a Coravin!

Winesave is great, it has saved me so much money on wine that would otherwise have oxidised. Its terrific value, and the service is exceptional.

My parents bought me a winesave pro a year ago. I ended up moving house shortly after and misplaced it until recently. When I first tried using it, I couldn’t get anything to come out. I went onto their website and tried the troubleshooting tips but still had no luck. The website said that if there were any issues to contact them, which I did, but I almost didn’t as it had been so long since purchase to identify this issue. With absolutely no proof of purchase or proof of it being faulty, Matt sent me a new winesave pro, followed up to check I received it and that it was working. Not many companies would do this, especially after all this time. Whilst I’m yet to properly try the winesave pro in a preserving capacity, I’ve been blown away at the customer service I have received and wanted to share my positive experience with Matt and the team. Thank you so much!

Ran into a bit of a hitch after purchasing a wine saver from chefs hat. Matt from wine Saver went above and beyond to sort it out. Really excellent customer service and the product works like a charm. Thanks matt.

Winesave is a fantastic product, I’ve been trusting it to keep my wines in primo condition. I’m the only wine drinker in my house & now I can enjoy a good drop over 10 days & it’s as good on the 10th day as the first.

This product is fantastic! It really does give a bottle of wine an extra few days. It's perfect for when you don't want to commit to a whole bottle, but you'd really love a glass.
The customer service at Winesave is also amazing. They fixed a postal error and sent out my products out again free of charge!
I would highly recommend!

This is a great product in theory but my Winesave Pro cylinder lasted for only a few applications before running out - could not possibly have been 9 litres as it claims on the canister!
I think it is a new vacuum pump I need (old one has just about seized up)...

Great product, certainly prolongs the life of left over wines.
EVen better, when I contacted about one cylinder which didn't appear to work, got a replacement sent to me with no fuss, and very quickly.

i wrote a review yesterday saying that Winesave is really good at preserving wine but that my last two canisters had only done 24/25 applications each. I had an immediate response from Winesave to say that the new pro version will do 150 applications and today two of the new pro canisters were delivered to me here in London. So one thing is clear and that is that this company does care about its customers and its reputation so you can have trust in them! (it will take me some time to see if they really do 150 applications but what a cost benefit if they do!)

I have been using Winesave for about 8 years now and found it reliable in keeping the wine fresh. One bottle of red was left after treating it with winesave, for 6 weeks at room temperature ( I forgot to put it in the frig) and it was still good when opened. I recommend it's use to all my friends, and occasionally give it for a Christmas present to some.

If you want to make your wine last for a week in tip top fresh condition, it works every time. I have not tried it longer as I cannot keep myself from finishing it off within a week. Fanstastic value for money, very user-friendly.
Sometimes I open a red for a day, and may use Winesave on Day 1 rather than Day 0- preserves the wine the way you want it. Recommended !!

I have been using @winesave pro for several weeks now as part of my wine review process - in the past I used to vacuum seal opened bottles but they'd only last a day or two before starting to oxidize. Now I can say after saving a number of bottles using winesave, that the opened bottles can last safely a week or more with no loss of freshness, aromatics, flavours or any noticeable change! Excellent product!

I store my olive oil in a stainless steel fusti which is not airtight. To protect from oxidation I need a heavier that air product such as pure argon - other
gases such as nitrogen and CO2 would offer very limited protection in
this setting. Best of all - I can use it for my wine too.

So easy to use winesave, works like a charm! Preserved the remaining wine really well, no more wastage! I highly recommend this product.

Such an ingenious product. Works great. Keeps leftover wine still tasting great. And so easy to use. I can now happily open a bottle to have one glass and don't have to worry about wasting the rest of the bottle if it sits for a few days. I love this product!

Great product! Really made me feel more comfortable to buy and try more expensive wines. Knowing I could 'winesave' them for later. Great stuff.
