Really good service
Really good service!
Really pleased with the products i ordered although the delivery was pretty expensive, and it doesn't tell you how long it will take so i was trying to guess to get it there for a birthday. I have just seen that the product i ordered has now gone up in price which i think is a little strange.

thank you very much for your feedback.
We apologise for the inconvenience , we try to aim for a next day delivery but with the current situation our couriers can't guarantee it and deliveries can take 3-4 days.
We fully understand that delivery costs can be high and we're trying our best to keep them as low as possible. We also offer free delivery for orders over £75.
With regards to the price increase on the product you purchased, we have recently changed one of the cheeses in the selection which caused the price increase.

The simplest way to bring Italy to your doorstep!
Having run out of some items we purchased when last on holiday in Italy, we contacted the producer who in turn put us in contact with winesnvines as their distributor in the UK. From the first time that we communicated to the arrival of our goods just two days later, winesnvines couldn't have been more helpful, conscientious and friendly. Even if we hadn't already known what we were looking for, the website and support team were thorough enough to inspire confidence.
A happy customer who will doubtless be returning!
