Winged Boots Opiniones

Glad we were introduced to Neil Henderson. We found him friendly and informative and recognised our requirements, giving sound advise.

Thank you so much to Neil Henderson at Winged Boots for booking our holiday. He went over and above what I would expect in order to find the perfect holiday for us - even responding to emails on his day off. I will definitely be going back to Winged Boots and Neil to book our future holidays.

We booked our holiday at winged boots with Neil. He has been so so helpful. He is very knowledgable about the travel industry. He has so much experience and he made it feel like nothing was too much trouble. Without a doubt will be booking all future holidays through Neil.

Changed our Florida flights booked with ocean Florida very easily and still have credit available to book another getaway 😃. Got a full credit note within a day from winged boots can’t fault them 👌🏻. Full credit goes to Neil he has been amazing and had the patience of a saint, with our constant enquiries. Well done Neil 5*

I have been using winged boots for a good few years now, all the staff are great! special thanks to michelle this time for being patient and helpful with my booking .. would highly recommend!!

Neil was great. He worked to the brief provided and the budget. He was really knowledgable on destinations and what would fit our family needs best. Quick to respond and gave more than one option to consider. I would highly highly recommend!

Neil was very pleasant, factual and sold an excellent product in a very professional manor.

Neil listened to what I wanted for our family holiday and was very quick in his responses and very friendly and helpful.

Once again dealing with Neil Henderson was an absolute pleasure. His knowledge of the product and professionalism is second to none. Also the quotes given are highly competitive. Cannot fault the service and will be back.

I highly recommend! David , Michelle, the whole team are just superb. So helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much, I always have a million questions (fussy husband!) they always come back to me quickly and nothing is ever too much bother. They offer great rates and they know their industry. We have used numerous times now and won’t go anywhere else. Booking holidays is now so easy, which is just what I need , thanks Winged Boots, wishing you all the best.

Fantastic experience with winged boots, both Hannah and Jenny B were so efficient, great knowledge, and kept us informed re our trip right up to the day we left, would highly recommend using winged boots to anyone wanting great customer service and travel knowledge. Thank you

Neil Henderson handled our booking from start to finish. We were looking at other travel options, but the professional way in which Neil dealt with our booking and special requirements made our decision very easy to book with him. He went the extra mile for us and we are 100% satisfied, so much so, when we book again we will be booking through Neil. Great job! Thank you

Where to start, we originally had a family holiday booked through Ocean Florida for my daughters 16th birthday. Along came C19 and that couldn't happen. Our holiday was changed over 4 times in 2 years and we passed over to Louise at winged boots a sister company of OF.
SHE IS AMAZING!
We talked through and planned a couple of different trips C19 depending and with each change of itinerary and plans she seemed genuinely happy to help and support us. Eventually we ended up going to the Maldives and Dubai and after over 2 years of changes and planning we had THE BEST holiday. Even in resort she was available for us and sorted out everything from start to finish.
I don't usually use an agent but i will be using WB / OF and reaching out to Louise to book our future trips.
Grateful for your support.

Amazed by the service they provided to this point. Nothing was too much trouble and Neil was the most knowledgeable, professional and nice person I've dealt with in the travel industry. He put together a bespoke package for us that exceeded our expectations. If I could give them 10 stars I would .....

Neil has made booking a pleasure and filled us with the confidence we needed! Genuinely a nice guy and very knowledgeable about the Maldives.

Excellent and unusually personal service from Neil. He immediately understood the requirements of our large family with 4 kids and was able to recommend exactly the right holiday. He went out of his way to get the flights during a very busy period by getting up at 2am! All queries answered within 5 minutes, we will remain faithful customers from now on! Thank you Neil

Michelle helped us in booking our holiday for New Year, she stayed very patient in our decisiveness and gave us lots of different options, her professionalism and knowledge was 100%, we will be using Michelle at Winged Boots for all our holiday in the future. Thanks Michelle

The service and support offered by Michelle has been first rate. She could not be more cheerful, helpful and responsive.

Winged Boots are a fantastic company, which I have recommended to others without hesitation.

I cannot begin to thank Michelle enough for all of the help that she has given us in booking our holiday. Having decided to change hotels at our original destination we then decided to change destinations at less than a weeks notice and Michelle could not have been more helpful. We were provided with professional advice to help us decide where to go and where to stay. When our daughter tested positive for Covid 24 hours before we were due to fly Michelle didn't panic and rearranged the entire trip without penalty taking all of the stress out of the situation that we found ourselves in. I will be using Michelle and the Winged Boots team for all of my forthcoming holidays.
