Had windows replaced in Feb, cladding was on job as well, stripped piping off the front of our house and left bare- 2 months later still not complete - have tried emailing/calling but no response - the workmen were good at what they did, the company is not - they promised a two day job, then would come back on the Sat(didn't) and then half completed a week later

Defrauded out of my entire £17000 deposit. Dan and Jake you will be sued. And you won't be able to hide behind the Limited company.

Wasn’t even contacted about going into administration, £9855 deposit paid. Can’t get through to the administration company but know we’re be at the bottom of the list to pay back.

Currently no windows and doors and no £10,000 short to be able to complete our home.

Horrendous and they knew or wouldn’t have made everyone pay by bank transfer.

Terrible Job, 15 windows wrongly manufactured, glass bay structure collapsed, and door designed wrong & sagging etc...... Broken glass .....
I have been in court with them for 2 years now and they have admitted wrong doing in the Canterbury court, and now the company is in liquidation. Dan foster and his parents are the majority share holders as he is black listed as a director from going bust in 2020/2021 with a company called window for condtruction ltd. He had to set it up that way as he can only be a share holder holding less than 25%. Jake Stephen is director solely because Dan foster is banned for 3 or 4 years.
I will be taking the director and DAn and Carol Foster to court personally under a different permissable Ltd company law to recupe my losses. These people dont care and they will set again another company and forget about all the people and families they hurt......

Winrem now in administration been told by administrators that no chance of getting my money back, meanwhile director and shareholders Jake Stephens and Daniel Foster walk away from all debts and probably set up a new company and do the same again

Gone into administration and recovery company appointed. Absolutely gutted as massively out of pocket whilst the director walks away with the money and nothing will happen to them. Absolute thieves.

amazing company when dealing with Sales. Keen to get the commission and projects booked in and in a world that we are in currently you can't blame them.

however the management of the project from inception through to installation is one of the most painful things I have dealt with in many many years. having worked in retail, commercial and residential construction for over a decade I am honestly satisfied in thinking that Winrem are the most poorly organised company I have ever seen. the sad thing is the end product is fantastic. I've got both bifolding doors and windows along with Velfac windows that, according to their current proposals, will have taken 24 weeks to install.

no less than 50 emails and phone calls in an attempt to resolve the issue but still...I am no further.

Our builders ordered 3x windows and 1x garden doors from Velfac via WinRem. WinRem confirmed some time after payment that delivery would happen w/c Aug 15th. (Our builders say they were given an earlier date initially but i have not seen correspondance to confirm that).

On Aug 18th we asked when the the items would arrive and were told October 3rd.

We were told they would confirm delivery the week before. We asked yesterday and today and have had no answer at all.

Don't have a lot of confidence in them actually arriving on the October date (will update this review in due course).

Update - the windows did arrive on the October date given, and they were as described with no defects.
