This casino's blatant disregard for customer concerns is absolutely infuriating! Two months of silence after taking my money and deleting my account? Le 20/01 je dépose 50€ sur le site avec un bonus de 125% comme beaucoup de casino je dois jouer un certain montant pour que l’argent m’appartienne en l’occurrence je dois jouer 4500€ ce que j’arrive à faire, une fois toutes les mises terminé je décide de retiré le montant de 9500€
je connais très bien leurs conditions de mise 2€ maximum par spin et ils possèdent une liste de machine interdite à jouer avec de l’argent Bonus. Donc à chaque fois que je vais jouer sur une machine je vérifie si la machine est présente dans leur liste et aucune machine jouer pendant que j’avais l’argent bonus n’était dans cette dite liste.
quelques jours plus tard je reçois un mail me disant que mes demandes de retrait pour un total de 9500€ est rejeté car j’ai joué sur une machine qui se trouve dans leur liste or j’ai pris un screen de la liste au moment où j’ai effectué mes demandes de retraits (le 21/01) et cette machine n’est pas dans la liste mais au moment où je reçois le mail pour me dire que mes demandes de retrait sont rejeté la machine est apparu dans la liste ( il s’agit de la machine Royal Masquerade de Play’n Go ) je leurs envoi donc le screen de la liste au moment de mes retraits et on me dit que j’ai modifié la photo, que aucune machine n’a était rajouter ou supprimer de cette liste. Je leurs ai laissé plusieurs chance d’avouer qu’ils avaient tort et de me rendre mes gains mais en vain ! Il me menace de clôturer mon compte.

This website is NOT a scam, the people that saying it is, are sore losers. I’ve won a few times now, and winstler have been very thorough and attentive. Don’t sign up to bonuses and get sore when you lose. The only reason for my 4 star review is that your withdrawal comes a bit short because of the conversion from the euro to the pound. But apart from that, luvleyyy.

Absolute scam. Deposited £40 to then be told I had to gamble £4000 to then be able to withdraw anything. As anyone knows that just isn’t going to happen from £40 absolute scam of a website DO NOT USE

SCAM. all good reviews from uk are obviously a scam because in their t and c it says you can’t play if your from uk.

they still let you open account, verify account and play, if you lose then they win.

if you win and try to withdraw they block your email and confiscate winnings saying you violated their t and c.

this website is advertised as a uk casino on google websites - it’s not, it’s a blatant SCAM. i won £1000’s finally and then they took it all. Avoid like the plague, they will get karma.

Didn't win anything, so can't comment on withdrawal process. But games on this site do not play like they do on other sites. RTP blatantly lower. Bonuses much harder to achieve (in fact none in my time playing) not even close! Wouldn't recommend. Tried due to mixed reviews, but wouldn't play again.

Jesus what a scam website!! Bonuses pay like 4x I had 3 which were impossible to get! Clearly the rtp is rigged and also looking at reviews can see they are closing peoples accounts when trying to withdraw. Clearly the good reviews are fake! I can't believe I wasted my money I feel so scammed :(
