I purchased a refurbished ipad 6 from wisetek.The price was the lowest when comparing any store. Delivery was fast and packing was excellent. The product does nit even has a single scratch and the quality is just like new ipad. I will purchase from you again and thanks.

I ordered a 6th generation iPad refurbished. I received a fast effective communication via email good to feel your speaking to a person not a robot, prompt responses to questions I asked about postage. Was quite alot cheaper then I could find anywhere else so I was worried.

However I paid extra postage to get the it here for Christmas.

I went for very good condition.
I was not disappointed, it did not look in any way refurbished, not a single mark or scratch .

Overall very happy with product, only improvement would be if more payment options were available, it would be great if linked to Klarna etc.
It would make items more accessible to people on lower incomes who still want to invest.

So pleased I found Wisetek - the quality of the Pixelbook we received was incredible. And it arrived the next day - absolutely rapid delivery when there's only a week until Christmas.

12 month warranty was the clincher - how could you go wrong. Thanks for all your help!

I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Wisetek Store. I have been looking at the refurb market in a lot of industries as of late to try and do what I can to be a more sustainable consumer. When the laptop arrived unfortunately it had a minor issue. When I reached out to Wisetek Store customer service, the agent was extremely helpful and was very quick and efficient solving the issue. The overall customer service experience was great and I’d like to thank Wisetek for their efficient and friendly approach. I would highly recommend Wisetek Store if you are thinking of purchasing a new laptop or electronic device.

I bought a rerfurb Dell Laptop from Wisetek.
The product was immaculate, the service and customer communication was flawless.. and choice of DHL as carriers perfect .. well Im a fan of DHL anyway. Wish they offered wider range of product.
