No warranty on bad battery
Bought a computer from Uber store in partnership with Wisetek in October as a Christmas gift, Christmas arrives and it doesn't turn on without being plugged in, had a bad battery and when I contacted support, was told I had a 30 day warranty under the partnership with Uber store. I hope they had checked the battery status before selling. Had to sort it out myself and pay 130 euros more.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I phoned in with my enquiry and was answered back immediately. Apple MacBook Pro was delivered free with two days (coming up to Christmas) and is an excellent product without a mark on it.

Great service - when I emailed to make a change after my order was processed, the changes were made within a few hours, no hassle. Lenovo laptop delivered in 2days. Excellent condition, not a mark on it. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and great quality laptops. I reached out to customer service as I wasn’t sure which device I should buy my mother for her birthday, they replied within a few hours with 5-6 options for me in difference price ranges, which really helped. I ordered that Tuesday and received my device on Thursday. She has been using it every day since! Thank you
