Great communication, task handling and very personable and helpful

The contractor Rahul paired me up with is outstanding! He immediately understood my industry (California Real Estate) and the technological side of what I wanted to accomplish. The company itself is great. I had promised myself that I would look everyone on a Top 10 VA companies to find my next hire. I spoke with three. Then, I spoke with Rahul and had a great conversation of where I wanted to take my business by hiring team members. He asked me for the business--to sign a contract with him. But I said no--I needed to follow up with the three prior companies as well as explore other ones. But there was something in my gut that gave me pause. I emailed him back the next day to say I would sign with his agency. I still didn't know who I would be paired up with. But he introduced me to my VA and I knew instantly it would be a great fit. The company itself is great at customer satisfaction--they check in to make sure all is well. But I don't have a need for that--the VA they assigned me is spectacular and is always showing me how to improve my business through workflow automation. He is incredibly smart and capable. If you are looking for a VA with incredible skills for workflow automation, AI, website design, excel sheets and client communication--look no further than Wishup. I'm sure they have VAs for other areas of business as well. But, if you align yourself and your business with Wishup, you'll see your business grow!

We have had a really great experience with wishup - to the extent that keep adding more team members with them. Wishup have saved us in a tight space. Their VAs are diligent and detail orientated. Wishup take the pain of finding a good assistant away. Not to mention they are much more affordable than UK based assistants. Caveats include using a non-native employee, and that english won't be their first language.

It's been two months now that we've been working with an assistant through Wishup, and we’re very happy with the service provided. He is extremely pleasant, always cooperative, and consistently goes above and beyond what’s expected, even working beyond regular hours when needed.

I've recently surpassed thirty days using Wishup, and I'm very pleased. Originally, I had reservations about trusting a third party with my content--especially the content that impacts my clients. Working with Tanisha, Shivangi and Wishup overall has been great. My assigned VA's are the best. They complete the tasks set for the day and if they need more time there's an open door policy for great communication between them and I for needing more time. They allow me to have a wonderful relationship with them and this is what I love. There's a few times we had roadblocks due to not understanding a task but that open door communication policy helps a ton to gain more knowledge to get over the hump. My VA'S automatically hold high standards for themselves and makes it easy for me to work with them.

Lastly, Tanisha and Shivangi bring so much knowledge to the table and this is a huge plus and appreciation for the success of my company.
