Best Mortgage Advisor
Been using WIS Mortgage services to mortgage and re-mortgage my residential and buy-to-let properties for many years now. Their service has been exceptionally good always, with many lenders on their panel, they have always found best possible mortgage deals for my properties. Specially, during current times, when interest rates are so high, Ameena from their office not only helped secure best possible deal for my residential property recently but kept an eye on the market and updated deal with even better rates saving me money. I'm very happy with their service and always recommend to my friends and family.

Have been with WIS since my first mortgage application and they have been really helping me to get the best rates each time. They also monitor the re-mortgage dates and get in touch when the time is right to ensure that they secure the best available rates for remortgage so that we dont need to worry about it nearer to the day.. they are very helpful in answering all my queries.. cant appreciate enough.

A very professional team who are competent and efficient every step of the way and very friendly. They made my re -mortgaging process was the simplest and straight forward process that I have ever come across, even though I myself working for a high street bank and these guys were hassle free.
This is the second time in 10 years that I've used WIS (since my 2 x 5 year fixed rate have come to an end) the company is fantastic and they have always found me the best deal in the market and has saved me quite a bit of money and fees.
I highly recommend WIS mortgages for their customer service follow up, efficiency ,advice and professionalism in taking care of their client.
A very happy customer! I would highly recommend WIS and their team to my friends and family!

Great experience every time
I first used WIS for a remortgage a few years ago, Had a great experience with them - Professional team, Very patient and proactive. Since then I have used them at least 4 more times for both buy-to-let and residential remortgages. Had the same experience every time. Would definitely recommend. I can't thank them enough for the mortgage deal they secured for me recently where they found out that lender was going to hike the rates, So arranged everything within minutes and put the application through before the deadline, this helped me secure that a deal that would have been at least 0.6% more expensive if WIS had not been proactive.
