WIS were incredibly helpful and responsive. They worked quickly to find us a mortgage product- for our circumstances there weren't many available but they managed to find us a suitable product (we needed a mortgage that took into account my future earnings in a new job I hadn't started yet). Jemma and Pradeesh were always helpful and friendly, and took the time to explain things and kept us updated.

Nelaka done a great job helping us with our mortgage, he was very helpful all the way through the processing of our Mortgage, very accommodating everytime I have some questions, I can rely on him to explain everything to me. We came across with loads of problems while processing the mortgage offer but he was there to sort it out. I will definitely recommend Nelaka and the whole company to our friends and family.

Difficult to put into a short paragraph how good these guys are. Found them by accident via an internet search and have not been disappointed. WIS Mortgage dept have completed on 2 of my mortgages, they found the best interest rates and communication through the whole process has been excellent. I highly recommend them and especially Pradeesh Paheerathan.

Very attentive service. Jemma and Pradeesh were both great and couldn't do enough to get my mortgage approved and completed. We had a few bumps in the road caused by the solicitor and again, both Jemma and Pradeesh were happy to jump in and try to fix any issues. It felt like they went above the call of duty on a couple of occasions, so very grateful for their efforts. Highly recommend.

My relationship with WIS started with their accountancy firm. After providing the great accounting services when they launched their mortgage services, I decided to get help from them. Each and every member of their team is highly professional and go beyond their usual terms of services to make sure you always get the desired outcome. Many a things that they’ve done for me might not get done if I’ve tried to do it myself. Special mention to Nelaka who kept me in loop and always asked for any queries if I had. I had a very tricky situation but WIS was still able to find me a mortgage lender after my first broker whom I paid £500 messed me up. There are very professional people and really knowledgeable in this area. I would recommend them any day, any time to friends and family. I dealt with Ifthikar, Jemma and Pradeesh and they were all a pleasure to work with, and to crown it all they do not charge a fee.

Always a pleasurable and stress free experience dealing with the WIS Mortgage team. Very professional, with good depth of knowledge and help to get the best mortgage/remortgage deal, and sort all the paperwork out for you swiftly with minimal stress to you. I havent had to worry about when the mortgage needs to be renewed, they always come back in plenty of time to remind and help seek a new deal in time.
