£700 oven has under burner problem same as others inside the 2 year warranty.Went off for repair to Letmerepair in UK.
Came back dented and burner not fixed.Contacted immediately and that was 19 August 2025.Parts came in 20 September but no one turned up to do the repair now company saying they dont have the parts to repair it.Witt customer services are just none existent and Letmerepair are probably worse just telling lie after lie.The person at letmerepair cant even read an email trail its so bad.

Their customer service is nonexistent

Their customer service is nonexistent, my pizza oven turned up rusty in the box, for 8 months I have tried to get this resolved, 3 times they have admitted they need to refund me but each time I get radio silence. This company feel to me like they are going broke or grifting, as any company wanting longevity would not treat their customers like this.

Great products & Great service

First off, we are extremely happy about our new Witt piccolo rotante pizza oven, which is very easy to use, and makes great pizza`s within 1-2 min. On top of that I just experienced great service from the Witt team, supporting me with a refund, even though i didn`t fullfill criteria's for refund - But they listen and understood my situation

Replacement Parts are non existent.

Have been trying to buy a replacement pizza stone.... should be simple...
Purchased the stone from the Witt website (says product in stock). Wait two weeks to receive an email to say out of stock and have no idea of when they will be in stock. Called witt customer services about 10 times over the next few weeks who explain they are trying to track down when the stones will be sent from Denmark to UK warehouse. However they never give me an answer and just say they will call me back but never do.
Still with no stone or any idea of when a replacement will be sent. Wish i did not buy the oven and went for a Oooni or gozney. It really isn't worth the time chasing stone for a product costing £699.

Defekt og super dårlig service

Pizzaovnen virkede ikke ud af kassen. Der ikke ingen gnist når man forsøger at tænde pizzaovnen.
Deres service er dog grunden til dårlig anmeldelse. De svare ikke tilbage og sender mig hele tiden videre til en anden afdeling.

Zero stars for customer service

If I could give their customer service zero stars I would. Our expensive Witt Etna Rotante pizza oven had a fault whereby it didn’t ignite easily, sometimes not at all. This seems to be a common fault having read up recently.

We contacted Witt via their website online form, they said we needed to complete a form for their services department. I did that, submitted it, and no sooner had I done that I got a text to say DPD would collect our parcel for Let me repair. We raced around getting a box and packaging together that’d make sure the oven was secure. The oven was well packaged and we took pictures of the oven before and once it was packaged. The condition of the oven was like new when it was picked up by DPD on the 3 Sept 24. We received nothing from Witt or Let me Repair to confirm next steps etc and just had the confirmed pick up from DPD. We felt a little concerned given the cost of the item but we hoped everything would be ok.

Fast forward a week and we got confirmation that DPD were awaiting our let me repair parcel and they’d send us details once they had the parcel. Well the parcel was delivered in the same box we packaged it up in on the 11 Sept, and to say the box was in a terrible condition doesn’t really come close to describing its state. It looked battered, dirty, barely taped up, the braces we’d put on hanging off etc. We opened the box and we instantly saw the oven was damaged, completely battered down one side and scratched. That was the side we could see, we have no idea what the rest is like, we have kept it as it was in the box as didn’t want to risk any accusations. Fortunately we have doorbell footage of the box going, showing a well package item and footage of it returning in the manner it was. We also have photos of the oven prior to going, photos of it packed up to prove condition and now photos of the badly damaged oven as it has been returned to us.

I have since emailed Witt with pictures, I have requested someone call me on their online form and I have tried numerous times on the UK telephone number provided to get hold of someone to no avail. This is shocking customer service, from what appears on the surface to be a very stylish reputable brand. Do not use this brand, no matter how good the pizza oven is, the aftercare and customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across.

Non esiste assistenza in Italia
Ho contattato l'azienda che risponde solo ed esclusivamente in inglese, mi hanno detto di non sapere i dettagli di funzionamento dei forni che vendono, nello specifico non sanno il consumo orario dei loro forni, ovvero il bruciatore alla massima potenza non hanno idea di quanto consumi in quanto loro non producono,non parlano italiano e non esiste assistenza italiana.

WITT ETNA Rotante pizzaovn er en MandagsModel...

Købte WITT ETNA Rotante pizzaovn sidste år, efter nogle måneder virkede brænderen under stenen ikke længere, vi havde servicemand på besøg som skiftede den, men nu er den så gal igen, startede med at hovedbrænderen tog lang tid om tænde, så begyndte den at gå ud og nu kan den kun holdes igang hvis man holder tænderen inde, hvilket kræver at man minimum skal være to til at lave pizza...
Jeg har haft to pizzaovne og har stadig en Ooni koda 16 pizzaovn som fungere upåklageligt.
Ville ønske jeg havde købt den hos en forhandler og ikke direkte hos WITTPIZZA.COM, deres "kundeservice" er simpelthen for langsom til at vende tilbage, fed pizzaovn når den virker, men tør ikke anbefale den til nogen pt.

Jeg er den heldige ejer af en witt…

Jeg er den heldige ejer af en witt Rotante pizzaovn, og kunne ikke ønske mig mere af en gas pizzaovn. Den er hurtig til at varme op. Den er nem at styre med graderne, og fordi den har en booster brænder, kan den bare blive ved og ved 🙌🏻 Servicen ved witt er også i topklasse. Varm anbefaling herfra.

Amazing pizza oven

Amazing pizza oven! Since I see it i know i had to have one for 3 reason.
1 It's design and feature are unique.
2 the orange one is simply amazing
3 the name of the oven is etna and I live just under the volcano etna.
There are only a little problem... I'm not able to buy one jet but will do soon.

Jeg har købt en Witt ETNA Rotante pizzaovn. Fantastisk pizzaovn, særlig til Napolitansk pizza på grund af Booster-brænder under den roterende pizzasten, som gør det meget nemmere at bage både bunden og kanten perfekt, uden at noget bliver brændt sort..
