We employed Wizard Fix to hang some new doors on a IKEA PAX wardrobe. Unfortunately the fitter scratched one of the doors while fitting and then blamed my tenants because they had not cleared out the wardrobe. They were in the flat and if they had been asked would have done so. The reason Wizard Fix have been given 2 stars rather than 1 is because they offered a £40 credit off the next job, but on the other hand refused to make a proper refund. They also refused to accept liability for the damage they caused. Not a good experience at all and the new doors have an ugly scratch.

We're really disappointed to have received such a review and more importantly, that you feel we have let you down.
The job you had employed us to carry out was completed in full. For this reason, there were no grounds to offer you a refund, as the requested service had been completed.
Regarding the slight scratch on your wardrobe doors, this is of course extremely unfortunate and if it were as a direct result of our team, we would correct this as needed.
In this instance, the occupants at the premises had failed to prepare the work space and empty the wardrobe, which was unfortunately overfilled with belongings which caused the slight scratch to the newly attached doors. A picture was sent to you highlighting this.
Our terms and conditions do quite clearly state, that work spaces should be prepared ahead of our visit. These terms are sent to you inside your booking confirmation, at the time of booking.
Our team are under strict instruction to never handle customer personal belongings, under any circumstance, whatsoever. With this in mind, the team will of course follow their training and avoid handling the contents of the wardrobe during the job.
Despite this unfortunate incident, we offered you a £40.00 voucher to be used on any of our services with no time constraints, as a goodwill gesture.
We feel this was a generous offer considering there was no fault of the team who attended.
Nonetheless, we're glad your job is completed and your new wardrobe doors are operational, fixing the issue you had.

Assembly of bedroom furniture
I needed help assembling bedroom furniture and contacted Wizardfix via the WhatsApp function. I was able to make an appointment at my preferred time on my first choice day within the same week. The team contacted me in advance with their ETA. Team of three arrived to assemble two double platform beds, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. Took roughly 3 hours. All looks good, no problems at all. I would definitely recommend Wizardfix and will happily use again.

Wizard Fix are Fantastic
I had been let down by a couple of different Handymen friends had recommended to put up curtain poles. I used Wizard Fix about a month ago to assemble flat pack wardrobes. I didn't know if they would consider a couple of curtain poles so I contacted Adam at Wizard Fix. He came back with an immediate quote. My call was on Thursday 24th November on Sunday 27th November in the morning my Curtain Poles were installed by Mani who was efficient, polite and tidy. I will be using them as my go to Handyman Service and recommended them highly.

Happy to recommend Wizard Fix
Happy to recommend Wizard Fix. Good communication from start to finish. The guys who built our wardrobe were very polite and professional and we’re pleased with the end product. We did have a couple of issues with some elements of the service but Adam responded to, and dealt with these quickly and efficiently. Overall happy.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, tried a few other repair services and they was , well if you buy the part we WILL try to fix it, wizard, no problems drop it off and the next day it was delivered back to my front door for less money than others were going to charge for labour, can and will totally recommend the service you will receive.

New bed
The website was easy to navigate and the job I needed to be done was sorted very quickly. I paid for the work before it was carried out but trusted the company to honour the work needed. The person turned up on time on the day agreed (online) they were wearing a uniform with the name of the company and told me how long the work would take. The work was completed (putting together a bed delivered in three boxes). Bed now in place and looks perfect. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Absolutely Amazing!!
Without a doubt Wizard Fix are amazing! The wrong bed was sent and so Wizard fix had to come back. Nothing was too much trouble for Manny, he was efficient, friendly, quick and was so helpful in getting everything done to such a high standard! Definitely recommend Wizard Fix and if you can ask for Manny! He's absolutely fantastic!
