Awful company to deal with. They took my order, all items in stock at time of order. Order was not dispatched in timeframe they state. Royal mail were waiting too received order but never received it. First they were going to investigate what went wrong with my order, no update so I had to email again. Now apparently royal mail have lost my order, strange that as they never received it to lose it!! Now the majority of items I ordered are out of stock apparently, and they want me to choose alternatives. I've asked for a refund twice now and they are still not wanting to give one. Customer service takes at least a day to respond. I will go to my bank for a refund if I have too as I will not be fobbed off with the lost parcel, out of stock excuses. I will never use this company again.

The vape juice was not the same taste as previously purchased from other companies, possibly as only had a few months before it was out of date. Sent back and asked for a refund, was told needed my bank details.
Now 4 weeks and refund has still not been sent.

Expected 48 hours after order was put through.
Made order but then got a call saying they didn’t have in stock hense why it’s taking another day 😭
To be fair nornally comes next day and they did call and give me an upgrade on the vape system for no extra.

Missing stuff from my order. Called them and they picked up promptly and promised to send it next day. If the stuff that is missing comes then I will change it to 3 stars for the headache

Hit and miss really, orders sometimes get refunded after purchase and then sometimes they are ok. One thing you can guarantee is delivery is always one day after the listed date.

Goods were supposed to be delivered on Saturday 11th and I haven’t received anything yet

I haven't received it. Not the usual service I get so something has gone wrong somewhere.
